After asking it to be re painted it took 2 1/2 months for the owner to get them done after asking the realtor. Moved in and had no Hot water in the Shower for three days as well as could only use the kitchen sink sprayer as the water wouldnt come out of the faucet. Besides so many other things that were wrong I was never given a check in list about what was wrong. When we descovered mold in our bathroom the owner contacted a company that then we had to cordinate with to schedule a viewing and then have them come back to take care of in which I was then told it was only a "Band Aid" and that the owner needed to rip out the bathroom. Hurricane Florence came in and the only thing our owner cared about was rent. Besides that didn't do anything about boarding up windows and or asking if we needed help with anything and or the reality co. While packing up i found more mold in the living room and messaged the owner to break the lease. After being referred to her son and the reality co not wanting anything to do with it I was told if they found a new tendant the lease would break. After asking for a check out on a Sunday that was the only day I could dot it, as I started work in raleigh the next week they refused me a walk through. After explaining I had no check in list they expressed to clean the house and they're fedund the money. After paying s full months rent and leaving three days early, the owner took 275$ from me for cleaning and lawn care where the lawn care was due to the Hurricane and the cleaning pics the sent me looked the same as it did when I moved in.
