I rarely write a review. I wanted to create a 5-star review for Jan Brewington at Dram Tree Realty because it is richly deserved. I have owned 10 properties over the years, and Jan tops the list for advice, personal care, and access. Her knowledge of the area and of real estate made us know that she had our best interests in mind. She could have advised us differently for a quick sale, but that technique is not her style. She drove us to each neighborhood to educate us and to gain an understanding of our needs. Then, we waited until the perfect property became available. Her service before, during, and after the sale was superb. The closing was effortless even though we were out of town. My advice- do yourself a favor and hire Jan. read more
