I haven't had to look for a new dentist in quite a while as I was with my last one for many years. I was greeted promptly and I was taken back to my room right on schedule. I was met by Clay, the oral hygienist, and I immediately knew that we would be getting along great. Her personality was awesome. This was an initial new patient visit so there were many x-rays and photos that were needed to be taken. During this initial period Clay would explain everything that she was doing in detail. She kept it interesting. Once she got to the actual teeth cleaning she was very gentle and I never felt uncomfortable. Everything went great. Once complete I met with another employee who was in charge of the exit process and she was extremely nice. Looks like I made a great choice.
