I have ran Morpeth Mobiles for over 10 years and we have gone through a large number of changes since starting as a two person company. A lot of those changes were painful when growth was faster than our infrastructure could handle By my own admission we went through a period where we weren't keeping customers as happy as i would have liked. I would say for the last four years we have really made large strides to ensure customers get there orders quickly and accurately and we also reply quickly and efficiently to and queries. This now amounts to over 99.5% of customers having an excellent experience.
