I find the carphone warehouse to be one of the better mobile phone shops of the bunch. They offer mobiles on all different networks so I find you tend to get better deals and impartial advice on mobile tariffs if you go here, rather than to mobile network stores. they often try to sell you extras, but I guess that is part of their role as a salesperson as they make most of their money from these extras. They are always polite and not overly pushy. Unlike most stores I find that the staff don't make a beeline for customers as soon as they enter the store so that's good! They have some good deals on cheaper handsets too (e.g. buy £30 of credit and get a basic handset for £10). Definitely a good place to start if you're looking for a new mobile! read more
