I would confidently recommend them for pressure washing and window cleaning. Positives: Interactions with all members of the business have always been very friendly and professional regardless whether it's been the owners (Rhiannon and Matt) or their staff. This visit was particularly positive as Juan and Eduardo were fantastic. Juan volunteered to clear off my gutter leaf guards, a process that terrifies me, lol. Work has always been done diligently and easily meets my expectations. Observations: Getting on their calendar can be very challenging; I suspect due to the demand of their services. I'll discuss cost below. General Commentary: As mentioned above, we've been using SoW twice a year (to have things looking sharp before hosting Thanksgiving and in late April after the pollen-geddon is over) for a number of years. My standard service includes pressure washing ~90 ft of vinyl fence, a 600+ sq ft deck, lots of wrap-around sidewalks and the exterior of a 1951, 1,550 sq ft home. It also includes interior and exterior washing of ~35 windows (we have a ridiculous amount of windows...). The whole process takes two works between 2.5 - 3 hours but the final product is demonstrably better than before the high pressure water gets thrown around. Even my neighbors have even commented that house just looks better after the cleaning. I've not price-shopped this service because I've been so pleased with the outcome so can't comment objectively on the relative value. I will share that my charge is about $550 before tipping (and I always tip). I believe I get a discount as a return customer, as well. I'm sure some will balk at this price but ultimately it's a personal decision. The time it would take me to achieve the same effect would far exceed 2 or 3 hours; and that's not even counting avoiding my fear of heights! In summary, I continue to be pleased with the quality service Shine On Windows provides and will continue to use them. If professional pressure washing and window cleaning is a need of yours, I highly recommend them.

They did boast about their procedure and thoroughness, but, frankly I watched the hired company and they were efficient and provided all the services that Proclean seemed to think was unique to their company. I must say, their follow-up in soliciting my business was consistent and constant. There is no difference in the sidewalk versus my neighbors sidewalk I thought it would be lighter. He said it was wet still well now it's dry and it's still no difference in color. My yard was manicured perfectly and he blew all the leaves from the roof all around my house on the ground. So I had to tell him to please rake up behind him and put it in the trashcan. He did so but he did a lousy job there is still so many leaves which you can see in the photo. The back wall where is 3/4 of the way pretty clean but the other fourth of the wall maybe he ran out a solution is still yellow. It's just a bunch of little things it just wasn't worth it to me.

No, I did not say this, because we were out of town. I only saw photos that you sent of the job. I expressed that I was concerned that I could still see large dark areas in the driveway, but it assured me that if was just because that some areas were still wet, and that's why it looked dark. I paid you regardless, because you didn't want to wait the 6 hours until we got home to see it. I'm not really sure why you would make up conversations we never had, but I also do still have the text messages if you want to push this any further. I dropped my rating to 2-stars, simply because you stated things that were not true.
