That's great, but you never explained that to me - probably because we don't have a deck. You also said, "When we checked with you before leaving, youmentioned everything looked great." No, I did not say this, because we were out of town. I only saw photos that you sent of the job. I expressed that I was concerned that I could still see large dark areas in the driveway, but it assured me that if was just because that some areas were still wet, and that's why it looked dark. I paid you regardless, because you didn't want to wait the 6 hours until we got home to see it. I'm not really sure why you would make up conversations we never had, but I also do still have the text messages if you want to push this any further. They did boast about their procedure and thoroughness, but, frankly I watched the hired company and they were efficient and provided all the services that Proclean seemed to think was unique to their company. I must say, their follow-up in soliciting my business was consistent and constant. Maybe they should spend less time and money in marketing and bring down their prices to reflect their successes that allowed them to grow in the past.

There is no difference in the sidewalk versus my neighbors sidewalk I thought it would be lighter. He said it was wet still well now it's dry and it's still no difference in color. My yard was manicured perfectly and he blew all the leaves from the roof all around my house on the ground. So I had to tell him to please rake up behind him and put it in the trashcan. He did so but he did a lousy job there is still so many leaves which you can see in the photo. The back wall where is 3/4 of the way pretty clean but the other fourth of the wall maybe he ran out a solution is still yellow. It's just a bunch of little things it just wasn't worth it to me.
