I had several additional requests which they accommodated such as adding an extra drain line and additional return vent and all the work was done as requested. Since completion of the job, they have come back on routine maintenance visits to keep the system up and running and the cost of which was included with the original work. I therefore. have been very pleased with after-installation service. Separately, I used them for plumbing, specifically replacing a sink faucet, repairing a garbage disposal, and repairing a leaky shower fixture. I was very pleased with this service as well. Especially the garbage disposal because all it needed was a minor turn of a crank to loosen it up instead of a full replacement, which saved me a significant amount of money. Obviously, overall, I'm very happy with their services. I will be using them again and highly recommend.

First of all, Erick showed up a while back and gave me an estimate with no pressure whatsoever to get the work done I told him I was getting several estimates and he said fine. On top of that the work was unbelievably good. They showed up on time. They showed me where they were going to work. They covered my floors to make sure there was no dirt or dust and spent the whole day doing an expert job. They are professionals and when I talked to them, they spoke about how much they liked working for their company. They said the owner is a stand-up guy and that is what I heard from another person named Tyrone Johnson who actually recommended this company. I couldn't be more pleased, and I am looking forward to the future to dealing with them and THEIR warranty!

New HVAC filter, reset breaker. Thermostat batteries are fine. Still not kicking on. Sent Yelp message to RES because they have always been quick to respond. And they did this time as well and the woman who gave me a call was nice and tried to help. Pretty disappointed that they can't quickly swing by today. From what I've read, it's likely a dirty flame sensor or the ignitor switch (neither of which is a long job - I just don't have the tools). HVAC less than 5 years old, so parts are under warranty with RES; however, I had to call someone else. Bottom line: Someone else is coming today, but I could end up paying for parts. Kind of feels like my current needs weren't lucrative enough for RES to make a concerted effort to swing by.

Jonathan and Jose are truly professional and do their best to be accommodating to my schedule and…read morethe needs of my tenants. They are responsive and reliable, diagnose the issue, deliver a fair estimate, and render excellent plumbing services, with a good value for the money. I'm a landlord living remotely, so most interactions with them are done via Yelp messaging, phone, and text, while our tenants deal with them face-to-face. They also accept various forms of mobile payment (Zelle, Paypal, cash, credit card, etc.), so being out of State has never been a problem. They make me and my tenants happy because they are reliable and professional...and always keep their word (unlike many other contractors and plumbers out there these days). And even when they have unforeseen issues come up (after all, they are human), they communicate openly and honestly and make fair attempts to re-schedule and accommodate us. I rest much easier at night knowing I have them for all my plumbing needs.

Do you need a new water heater? This is the company to get if you don't want to wait!…read more Luckily my hot water heater finally decided to die in the middle of the summer. However, cold showers get old after the first one. Anyways, I assumed it was repairable due to clogged valves or needed replacement as it was over 10 years old and maybe much older. I called this company up because of the reviews and anything veteran owned is usually legit. Nassim was my technician and he can right in the middle of the service window scheduled. He immediately found the issue and gave me two options - repair or replace. I decided to replace because I know the water supply in this community tends to have a lot of minerals buildup. I'm glad I did. Upon removing the old hot water heater, a ton of deposits was found. I may have been missing out on full powered showers for years. Not anymore! Highly recommended. No BS. No upsell. Time to shower and be clean again!

Called Friday morning and the receptionist was amazing and got someone to our house that morning. Full diagnostic told us the compressor went bad. Our unit was 13 years old, so it was about time for a new system. We decided to replace whole system as replacing a compressor is quite expensive basically half the cost of a new one. Mike came that night to price out a new system. I got two quotes from other companies. But decided on Shanahan because of their reputation, service as well as pricing. Talked with Mike and Conner (the owner) about our options and they came on a Saturday to install even though they didn't have an opening until Thursday. The owner himself came with a couple guys and replaced our system. They were very polite, did excellent work and we were back up and running. Plus they had very affordable pricing. These guys care!
