After waiting for six months, my case was suddenly disregarded. Throughout this process, the customer service was unacceptably poor. Micheaux Higgs was unresponsive to my questions and exhibited a very unprofessional attitude. Additionally, I was never able to speak directly with my assigned lawyer, Ramon Oscar Crego. It appears that client care is prioritized only by potential payout, and once a case does not meet certain financial expectations, clients are dismissed without proper support. I am extremely disappointed with how my matter was handled by Morgan & Morgan. I do not recomend them at all read more

Morgan and Morgan is horrible. They actually team up with the business that one is trying to suit. They ALWAYS find an excuse to say you DO NOT have a case. I have called them twice for Incidents with insurance company and with Ross stores. Both times they teamed up with the enemy. The worst!!! read more

I had a car accident and thought I would try to use them to help me navigate the process and protect my financial interest. Wow was I wrong. I literally never spoke to an attorney for the few months using them, just tons of automated emails and junior "case manager". Had to think of all the questions and info myself; they provided no proactive guidance. This firm is clearly geared toward the uneducated and unprofessional. I am way worse off and exposed financially now more than ever and lost time. It was a complete waste of time and recommend using a firm who actually cares about their clients not just their own bottom line. read more

Last week, I went to a Navarro pharmacy to pick up some medication; there was water spilled on the floor, but there were no "wet floor" signs. I slipped and sprained my right ankle; I haven't been able to walk properly for several days, and I also injured my arm and back. I was unable to work for a week. Now, they've called to tell me they can't proceed with my case because the pharmacy supposedly had to be aware the water was on the floor--along with a bunch of other nonsense that makes no sense. I didn't go there looking to get injured. I believe this firm doesn't live up to the slogan that "no case is too small"; clearly, my case isn't lucrative enough for them to make money. They aren't a trustworthy firm--just another outfit that won't help unless there's big money involved. read more

If I would have read the reviews prior to hiring them I would have never chosen them to represent me. Every negative review I read came true for me, I would never hire them again, I'd been better off accepting the insurance company offer I would have gotten more. My partner has a case against walmart in Miami FL. We decided to use Morgan and Morgan and this was a huge mistake. The law firm assigned to us has been a terrible experience. We have been ignored, poorly communicated and even cursed at. We have been given forms with no to little guidance and explanation. Every pre-legal sound either lost or too busy to deal with us. read more

I was withheld a $1,000 for 90 days. No one contacted me for 8 months. When I reached out I was given the runaround by the lawyer and his assistant. This just happened this month. The play the check is in the mail back and forth. I feel humiliated as to my intelligence being tested that they think I believe all the lies the tell me. When I asked for an honest answer I found out my emailed would not go thru to the lawyer or the paralegal. I would not recommend this firm! Get someone who is REALLY for the "people". read more

Too big for their britches. You get put through to an assembly line call center where they ask you completely irrelevant questions...but the q's are on the list so they ask anyway. These people are robots. They then forward this to someone who supposedly reviews it then decides if it's worth their time or not. Don't waste YOUR time, find someone else. With all of this 3rd party automation imagine what it would be like when your very important case actually needs tried...who's doing that! read more

Morgan & Morgan - This is the beginning of good thing for me. I was left on the side of the road with injuries from a hit and run. - Personal Injury Law Near Me - Miami, Florida

Morgan and Morgan are the best. They go above and beyond for you. They are definitely '"For the People". The staff is very professional and dedicated to your needs. I had a car accident last year and it turned my life upside down, not knowing how will I make it out of this. We are not done yet, but I do have hope that they will get a good outcome. They keep in contact with me every week. The minute that there is an update, I know about it. I'm in great hands. Trust Morgan and Morgan to your friends and family. They will recover the most for you. Even have their info on hand, just in case. I'm glad that I did. read more

I had a terrible experience with Morgan & Morgan. Their advertising promises to fight for you and treat clients with respect, but my experience was the exact opposite. From the beginning, communication was poor -- I often couldn't get updates, return calls, or clear answers about my case. The people I dealt with seemed rushed and uninterested in helping me, and I felt completely ignored throughout the process. It's disappointing, because their commercials and billboards make them sound dedicated and client-focused, but in reality, I was treated like just another number. I eventually had to switch attorneys just to get my case handled properly. Based on my experience, I would never recommend Morgan & Morgan to anyone who values professionalism, honesty, or personal attention. I went with Steinger, Greene & Feiner I had a lawyer contact me every single day meet with me in person I'm just writing this review they are completely opposite of what they say on all their commercials. I just couldn't believe how terrible of an experience I had. read more

This firm handled a case for me. I finally received my settlement however, there were funds with held in the amount of $2000. It has been well over 90 days. I have emailed, called and texted and no response. I will not refer this firm because their communication with their clients are low. I just want what is still owed to me to close this case permanently. I do not recommend this firm. The advertisement on television is very misleading. read more

There should be an option for no stars on yelp because that is what I would rate this company. I have inquired on numerous occasions for different cases, civil and criminal. Morgan and Morgan is NOT "for the people" but for the money. My little case wasn't big enough for them. However, I received call after call in reference to my inquiry. I picked up and was transferred to someone who had to see if they could take my case. This was after days of receiving NUMEROUS calls and messages stating they were excited to work with me. On 3/12 at 12:51PM I spoke to a rep who told me that they wouldn't be picking up my case. I received 13 more calls after I was denied help. I finally picked up on the 14th and informed the caller that I was previously denied and asked why they continued to call me, she stayed quiet, either she disconnected or had nothing to say but I hung up after some time of no response. I continued to receive MULTIPLE calls after that. Every time I answered and explained I was previously denied, the caller wouldn't say anything but they continued to call me causing extreme stress and messing with me cause I have inquired many times for help. However, Morgan and Morgan has NEVER been willing to do that, but they'll harass the heck out of you to build you up thinking they want to be of assistance, only to turn down your cases!! read more

Morgan and Morgan took my workers comp case 16 months ago. I'm located in Miami FL so that was the office handling my case. I have been overwhelmed threw this process. The attorney assigned was Lindasy Koppelman. Let me start by saying she is horrible. After 16 months she withdrew as my attorney. She does not look after her client. It was one thing after another, had no idea about everything in the case, emails would not be answered, when something was wrong she would say "it needs to be this" for to take action. When I email proof of what she said, she would come back and say yeah but this need to be there. Every time changing things up. STAY AWAY read more

I was told I would have my settlement by the first week of July, it's now mid August. Not a good look for Morgan & Morgan "For The People" I do not recommend. *The phone number you listed below is the number I'm calling and not receiving a call back. A person claimed to be a Dentist, who was not a dentist treated me and Morgan & Morgan would not take the case because I "did not have enough pain and suffering". Is it not against the law to practice without a license in this country? I was placed on hold with each question. I did not get an actual attorney. This person who answered the phone had to type in each answer and wait for a reply. This phone call, to me, took a long time to complete because of the waiting each time. I explained that my dentist did not ask or warn me that she had invited a different dentist to actual work. This other person's name is not on the door as a Dr and was not introduced to me as a dentist yet this person told me that she was. IF this person was who I thought she was, she is a dentist in South America with no license here in the states, yet, she works right beside the dentist. I was told perhaps to try the attorny board to find help. Does this mean that yes, there was a crime and that ther simply was not enough money in it for M&M? Why suggest somewhere to go for help if no crime was committed? Then why wouldn't M&M take the case when they say they are 'for the people'... which people are they speaking of. To large a case load to be effective on a personal level as it related to my personal injury (Ford Super Duty pick up Vs Chevy Tahoe LT) case. At first blush they appear to be on top of the case but the reality quickly becomes apparent. The girl that called shortly after they took the, North Central Florida, case said "i am literally never off the phone so it's best to email me as I can read those while on the phone and I don't want to read tons of texts daily." Translated that means she spends her time doing intake of new cases but cannot help with anything beyond reading the emails. In fact the responsive texts and emails promising "some actions" by counsel NEVER came to be. Within the first week I terminated the legal representation by responsive email to that attorney who claimed to be my attorney. He responded by simply and briefly replying he sent my email to the appropriate person\department within Morgan & Morgan. The region that attorney is expected to represent with that small staff of poorly equiped people is far to large for a single litigator to fairly and adequately. Oversee. In short to many commercials and not enough Actor's pun intended. They literally did nothing even their suggestions fell flat back in their own laps. Poor performance. read more

Morgan & Morgan - 2020 Chevy Tahoe LT w\ 10,000 miles they seem to think my vehicle shouldn't matter. - Personal Injury Law Near Me - Miami, Florida

I write this review with high hopes of informing the public about this firm's level of deception when dealing with its clients in hopes you would never consider hiring this firm. The largest law firm is not always the best and I will explain my personal experience with attorney Jessica Orenstein in the Miami Florida office so you {the public} can make an informed decision when choosing an attorney. Do not be fooled by all the advertisements; this firm does not have your best interest in mind whatsoever. They quickly get you to "sign up" without even knowing you have a case or not so you feel you have a rather large firm on your side, but have no clue if there is real liability or not - meaning you as an injured person are "off the market" to other firms that actually work on your case with your best interest in mind and follow the law. Here is my personal experience with Jessica Orenstein that caused me irreparable harm with regards to my case, medical treatment and ultimately placed my case in jeopardy whereas she and the firm should be held accountable. I am preparing a formal complaint with the Florida Bar Association's Ethics Committee and with her employer, Morgan & Morgan who claims they are "for the people" I will let you be the judge. From the outset, Jessica used very crafty means of deception to throw my case off course and ultimately placed me and the strength of my case in harm's way based on some factors not even relevant to my case. I cannot share all of the details as the case is still on-going and I must preserve the details for the Florida Bar Association, but her actions were so terrible I felt as if she was working for the other party and their insurance companies. She did not have my best interest in mind nor did she represent me to the best of her ability. She treated me as if I was a criminal on trial and this is unacceptable and will not go undocumented or reported across all public platforms as the public has a right to know the truth. If you have any type of case where you expect a positive outcome DO NOT consider this firm as they are not as they seem - trust me when I say they are not for the people unless by that they mean the other side as "people" it was as if she was working against me to throw my case and she had no knowledge of the law regarding premises liability, negligent security and how to hold the other side accountable in a high-value case therefore causing harm to my health and medical treatment as a result. When I confronted her, she simply sent me a letter "terminating the professional relationship" rather than performing her job to the best of her ability. Do not hire this firm! Buyer beware they do not have your best interests in mind and you will end up like me searching for a new attorney in the middle of ongoing medical treatments thus causing further harm to your case. Do your research! Jessica is hands down the worse attorney I have ever encountered. Morgan & Morgan is not for the People! read more

Are you kidding? Called the Miami office for a wrongful termination. The individual who answered got my personal information then he said I had to speak to the labor department. He put me on hold and after 36 minutes of listening to John Morgan talking about his brother's injury at Disney I hung up. I called back in the afternoon and I was placed on hold and waited over 25 minutes. Day after it was the same. In the meantime I kept getting calls from them from different states. Finally an individual who called me took most of the information. Not having heard from them in 3 days I called them and believe it or not the information I had given them disappeared. I told the individual about no one having answered in the labor department in my previous calls then he said he would contact them so they would answer my call right away and placed on hold. WILL NEVER EVER, use nor recommend these idiots to anyone. Stay far away from this firm. Case progressed as I went through treatment for my lower back, neck and dislocated thumb, which was completed. My case went to litigation in which Adam Santana took my case to litigation. As time went by I've been in contact with Mr.Santana discussing progress about my case in which he told me "Things don't happen over night, you're wasting your time as I am wasting mine" then explained "I had a prior so the insurance companies didn't want to pay".... here we are 2 years going on 3 later last time I spoke with Mr.Santana he told me "My check would be ready beginning of November maybe 2nd week" that was back early October late September...Here we are mid December and nothing No call...No Money...No reply to ACAP.
