Then she has some sort of computer issue, called her "guy" on speaker and was very irritated that this was happening. He said he was just wrapped for the day. And after some back and forth, she must have resolved her issue, as he didn't seem to be needed anymore. Then she seems to have some difficulty with my taxes, my taxes are not complicated. I also do not think she did somethings right as I owe. I have never owed in all my yrs of filing. Oh and then she had some religious music playing and even though it was low i didn't appreciate it.
