Amazingly enough they were out in less than 24 hours for that! I walked out and asked for the owners name to contact him with these concerns since I as a business owner would want to know. My Mother has had their service since 2009, never been late and has always paid in full. They will be losing a good customer.

They claim they do not keep items in stock, yet we called one day to order and was told we could pick up the next day. Sound like they had in stock to me. Also we ordered pipe at 48" lengths and when we picked up we got different size, 48, 36, 24 which if we had used would have caused us to have additional joint straps at additional expense. We scheduled a time to give me a quote for cleaning my gutters and cleaning my chimney. I felt the quote was reasonable and he came out the following day to complete the job. While cleaning the gutters, he found a few low spots of pooling water and fixed and realigned them. He laid out a blanket on my hardwood floors before starting on the chimney. He vacuumed the entire fireplace area and ran his cleaning tools through the chimney. Overall I was very happy with his service and prompt response.
