More Junk is not an honest and reliable partner, never recommend to deal with this company, below is the bad experience happened on me fyi, 100% truth is guaranteed: I have some garbage from remodeling that occupied half of my garage (no tile and concrete), I got a quote of $350 from a junk removal company from yelp and made a appointment today, but he sent me a message saying he is in urgent care and could not come today. So I contacted the 2nd vendor (More Junk) in a hurry and send him two latest photos for quote which covers almost all of the items in real. I asked if he could take the same $350 then come directly to remove it, I am waiting on site. More Junk responded 'yeah', I double confirmed with him the 2nd time if he could take the same $350, then I will refuse others and wait for him. More Junk respond 'Yes' and worked on the schedule. During the waiting time, I confirmed with him the 3rdtime, if all the labor cost is included in the $350, he responded 'Of course'. They first promise me 30mins to arrive, then 1 hour, and finally by 3pm, when 3pm is approaching, he called me and said his truck is stuck and could only come tomorrow, I put off all my meetings and matters and he waste me too much time, all my afternoon is ruined. So I contacted the 3rd company and they had on site check in short and quote total $500 that is beyond my expectation. I am hurry to office and refused the 3rd vendor. On my way to office, I asked the 2nd vendor (More Junk) if he could come tomorrow morning or late today, he promise to be here by 6pm. I was in hurry back and they finally came at 18:40pm. Their truck is a smaller truck and to my surprise their truck has already occupied by 1/3 of its capacitance. I question them how the smaller truck could take all these stuff, they answer they could take as most and come tomorrow morning for the remaining left, I asked if extra cost for the 2nd visit, they did not give any answer. They did not mention any price info either and start to remove the garbage right away, I thought I have confirmed with their boss three time regarding the price so didn't disturb their work, when their truck is almost full, they come to me and ask for the price that is doubled of original confirmed $350 for $700, that is the highest one across all the quotes I got from quite a few vendors. I talked with their boss and he provided kinds of excuses saying the window glass and door heavy items are not expected and I am lying to them, but actually all these big and heavy items are specially placed outside and obviously appear in my two photos, further more the team members should be trained to tell your customer the actual price in advance in case there is a big gap, instead of just asking the doubled price when the truck is almost full. They should at least get my agreement on the price first before the start of the work. In addition, when the truck is 70% full, they stopped carrying heavy items while taking out a few bags and put much light paper inside, these 3~4 big bags occupied much space but left many items that are hard to carry by my small car. They are hurry to go and ask for the payment of $350, I paid and never like to see them again. They left me almost 1/2 of the garbage and went away. Which junk removal service could be implemented like this, I could arrange a big truck to cover all of these garbage one time but at a much lower price, is it? What job The More Junk did, no words to this company. In a sum, More Junk is not an honest, punctual, reliable vendor, learn from my lessons and never never deal with them, they are not doing business in an proper honest way, all the quotes I got from other vendors are much lower than them. I don't often need help moving stuff we're getting rid of stuff for my property. However this time I did so I checked on you to try to find some hauling services... Way more expensive than I thought however I found some local owners that came out and were very professional and gave me a extremely competitive quote but went beyond the normal everyday workload. What I mean is when I contacted Steven at more junk LLC.... They came right out in less than an hour and a half to give me a quote and because they were so precise about everything I hired them on the spot... I won't say any names BUT I tried calling the "McDonald's" of Junk removal services and they quoted me an insane amount and weren't available to pickup for almost 6 days. I was absolutely sick of looking at "THE PILE", as it had become known, of assorted trash and materials from my remodeling project and I couldn't wait anymore so I sat down and called around. MoreJunk was willing to come out immediately, I was ecstatic to get rid of all of this junk. Steven and a few of his crew showed up within the hour and removed all the junk that had been collected there since before COVID was in our vocabulary. Great service!!! Responded to my post within 10 minutes... Sent me a phone number to call for more exact help..... When I called it Crystal answered and was extremely polite... We talked about moving some stuff out of my garage that has been accumulating for years... He asked if they could come over for your charge and give me a quote in person at my convenience... Had to move three refrigerators and get rid of them on an instant notice... Called More Junk in San Jose and they came out that afternoon..... I told them that I wouldn't able to be here but there was also some junk around the refrigerators I needed removed.... Steven was kind and quiet and quick... They picked up the refrigerators as well as all the junk around even when as far as to sweep and clean the area for me.... Fast great service and I will definitely call them if I need help again... The owners, Steven and Crystal came out to give me a quote on some construction debris I needed and removed as we are remodeling our house... They were very professional and very polite... They quoted me a great price it was actually lowest in the area and then he proceeded to remove everything that was there including some recycling problems that I have been dealing with... They even took time to rake the area and make it look like nothing had ever been there... These guys were great I will use them again. read more

I posted an ad on Yelp and got responded to within 10 minutes... They quoted me an estimation for some yard debris... Please schedule an appointment to pick it up the next day they arrived 20 minutes early and were able to get it in their truck in less than an hour... These guys are truly amazing... Steve and Crystal were outstanding. They truly were appreciated helping two elderly ladies move boxes from a Campbell apartment to my minivan. They were extremely responsive and very friendly and did an excellent job fitting all the boxes and bags in the van with even room to spare.
