It is spotless and big. Lots of room for the various classes offered, and there are plenty! Staff are consistently friendly and they really create a welcoming atmosphere for people of all activity levels and ages. The equipment is updated as needed (weights are not old, mats are new and clean etc) and the instructors are awesome! A number of teachers have been there for many years and I believe that speaks to the business practices. I have been going here on and off (due to costs) for the last 5 years or so, and it really is a great place. I do recommend Mid American Fitness and while I know running a business is complicated, hopefully there's a way to make prices a bit more accessible for less affluent folks.

CoreSport Pilates is by far the most professional while being a warm and friendly environment. They are constantly changing up their classes so that member do not get stagnant. The instructors are all dedicated to your well being.....making modifications when necessary. They are well trained in the Joseph Pilates' method. Prior to Workout Wednesday, I was on a search to find a reformer class so I decided to sign up for the intro package. The intro package is the way to go! If you have done Pilates before, this is still the way to go. I tried a private class, multiple semi-private classes, and multiple group classes. The equipment is awesome! They have reformers, towers, and more! Game changer. The classes are small. At Club Pilates I was in a class of 10 versus 4 - 2 people. You get personalized attention to correct your form. I tried so many classes and different instructors to see what I like and who I like. Really.... I love all of it! From the group tower classes to the personalized attention I get in the semi-privates, I decided this was the studio for me. The are a handful of options when it comes to classes per month. There is a monthly option that comes with X classes depending on the level you sign up for. You can also purchase classes in a 10 pack. This applies to semi-private and group classes. That's what I went with since there is more flexibility. The 10 packs expire in 1 year. I'll be using them up a lot sooner and it gives you a discounted price compared to the drop in rate.

I'm not going to lie - i was scared/nervous (borderline panic attack during situation) but i knew i need a push and someone to hold me accountable. I can't tell you how patience ALL THE COACHES are - i mean ALL. Whatever stage in fitness you're at; it perfectly fine. (Yeah yeah you here that all time) But they are serious!!! I've officially been a member since March 2024; still showing up and challenging myself. Initially you will have a period when you look at everyone (comparing yourself) but everyone is SO SUPPORTIVE. All ages, co-ed, showers available, and mini lockers (optional)... wait you have a weird work schedule? So does all the coaches/owner. Lol! Classes available starting at 5am til 6:30pm - about 5 sessions or more and some days you'll have open gym. Bonus - they have physical therapy onsite (appointment only). Just take a look and i promise you'll get hooked.

Krocs is a great gym! This place is more of a powerlifting. gym so most of their equipment are free…read moreweights, but they still have everything you could need including some cardio equipment and machines. The best thing about this gym is that everyone here is so nice and supportive. It doesn't matter if you're lifting 10 lbs or 800 lbs. No one cares. Music is playing and everyone is there to work out and lend a hand to anyone. The owner is a former pro lifter and is also incredibly helpful and nice. It's also super quick and easy to sign up and they offer 24-hour access which I love.

I can only take class online because I live out of state and it is like I am in the room with Sarah. She provides helpful movement or positional corrections when needed.
