Let me start by saying I have pondered on writing this review for a few days as I truly believe in…read moresupporting my local businesses and try to always practice positive and honest feedback on my reviews. My husband brought his GMC truck in to have a tire patched he was informed that it couldn't be done . My husband worked in a garage for years with local car dealerships including a Thomas Tire at one time and knew better, but he offered no argument and decided at this point he couldn't just replace one tire and opted to purchase a set and have them installed. My husband is a full time fire fighter as well as volunteer firefighter so he did ask if they offered any kind of first responders discount since the tires he was purchasing with them was a total of 1300.00 dollars and was informed they would take 10.00 off the total but that was the best they could do. Really ?! Again he didn't make a big deal and decided he needed his only way of transportation fixed so he purchased the tires. Now here's the icing on the cake my husband works a part time construction job on his days off from his full time firefighting. He had thousands of dollars worth of tools in the back of his truck his truck was ready the next day but he was on shift at the FD so it was parked outside the business for him to pick up the following day. He arrived to find his truck had been left unlocked and when he went back in to comfort them he was only responded to with shrugged shoulders. This is how he provides for our family . He just spent 1300.00 dollars with your company which by the way he paid full price " keep your best you can do offer" up front even though his truck would not be done till the next day, and you couldn't even do him the decency of locking his truck . Nothing had been taken let me make that clear but it's the common point that they didn't even acknowledge they did it and even offer him an apology. I'm so disappointed in the treatment my husband received.
