I hired this law firm last year in June. I thought I had a good case because Cindy made it seem like I did. I also hired her because of the reviews on here. I lost more than half of my custody with my child due to her incompetence of the law and her inability to speak up for me. She was scared of my judge. I basically paid her to sit and "look pretty" in front of the judge. Her hands were shaking when writing what the judge was telling her and when he asked her a question she shrugged her shoulders and looked at me for the answer. She made no effort to help my case, in fact, I feel she made it worst with the responsive declaration she wrote for me. As my attorney, she should have known better on what to write and not write everything that I am requesting because judges especially mine do not care. There was no strategy or real legal advice involved. Do not let her persona deceive you. She is no bull dog when it comes to court. If you are a respondent and your case has been ongoing from the past, do NOT hire her. Her lack of experience will ruin your case but if you're a petitioner and your case is not as complicated, then maybe take the chance. However, I would still be cautious because the other party in my case (Petitioner) didn't have an attorney, so that should tell you a lot about her experience. The only positive thing I can say about Cindy is that she was quick to respond to my emails and calls. Although, most of the time she didn't know the answer. She is known for her shoulder shrugs and "I am not sure" answer. read more
