Aspen Tree Services of Long Island came and removed several trees from our Suffolk County property…read morein June of 2024. The company came with a large team of both male and female workers; it was evident that the team works like a "well oiled machine" as all team members were actively playing a role in ensuring that safety took precedence and that our property was respected and kept tidy. The team members diligently removed the tree parts and debris as soon as the remnants of the trees touched the ground! We received estimates from 12-15 companies, but Aspen had the most competitive price(s)! Ralph is the owner and he was an amazing, dedicated man. He stayed until 7:30 at night to ensure that ALL of the multiple stumps had been grinded down on the same day that the trees had been removed. We would absolutely, without a doubt, hire this company again: if we need additional tree services! Please note that the company willingly shared proof of insurance (Certificate of Insurance) and proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance, which eased our worries as customers! (Many other tree removal companies had been hesitant to provide such important information at the time when their estimates had been given.). We are grateful that this information was shared with us at the time of the estimate and without any awkward hesitation. Here's the company's website with the phone #: https://www.aspentreeli.com/ Christine from Smithtown :). Date of Service: June 27th, 2024

I called to have them come rip out some stuff and seed our lawn and they came out and did it no problem. Customer service is huge to me, and so after a phone message I received from their Coordinator explaining and sincerely apologizing for the inability to connect for that period of time- that immediately quelled my frustration with the company. It's important to be understanding and recognize that sometimes, life happens. I would still recommend Cappiello Landscaping based on their good work, and their professionalism.

For our initial meeting, Jim was on time, polite, insanely knowledgeable and patient answering our questions and explaining what he felt needed to be done. Estimate was in line for the scope of the job & the crew needed to complete the job in a few hours. As scheduled, Jim and the crew showed up, on time. Walked through the entire job and with an extremely talented crew, got the job done in record time. There was not a limb, piece of bark or errant stick to indicate that a tremendous amount of work had been done. You would do well to hire North Shore if you value the investment you've made in your landscaping. You will be in the very best of hands!
