I believe I originally spoke with the owner of the company to get the quote and I asked if we could communicate by text as I was coordinating this service from a different state/time zone. The pricing was right for us because of the seasonal discounts and more importantly, I believe they were confident in their service and wanted to earn the repeat business (a great sign of a quality service). I had Victory Home Services send a professional out to come deep clean my father's home. He has lived alone for a year now and has had caregivers to maintain the cleaning for him, but a deep clean was needed to turn over the fall season. Cornelia was dedicated and somehow managed to get the bathroom clean (I was about to just replace the toilet and she salvaged it!). She came back a second day when my dad ran out of energy for visitors to be over. That was huge! The dedication to the job was just what we needed to get it done. Thanks Victory!

I called R&R to install a door in my hall to enter into the primary bathroom. Currently the only…read moredoor entry was from inside the bedroom. Rosendo came out, reviewed the area and gave me a written estimate which fit right into my budget. The next day Misael showed up with a helper and put the door in. They were so professional and neat in their work. They spent less time than I expected and they did an excellent job. The door looks like it has always been there. I highly recommend R&R and I will call them again for future needs.

In the winter storm of 2021 my dads home burned completely lost due to a house fire. We were…read moreblessed to have found Rose-e and Jackie at R&R to really save us in our time of need. There are not enough words to express now much what they did for us means to us. We did not know anything about R&R until I read a Google review an Rose-e responded honestly to a review posted. When we met them it was immediately clear how kind, caring, and honest they really are. We had met with other builders that gave us prices for the build that doubled what R&R was able to do. My dad is a vet living on VA benefits (which is not much) and at almost 80 years old the budget was what the insurance gave him (not near enough to cover a new build). R&R moved the moon and stars to get him the home he wanted, within the budget, and within 9 months my dad was at home on his land again. They became more than home builders to us they became a blessing and family. Thank you so much for all you did for my dad and brother. They are both so happy in the home you made for them.

Ultimately it's going to require a new part to replace one that is worn to keep it from resetting, but we appreciated his integrity and honesty in helping us out. They are now going to be our permanent HVAC team to help us when we need it!
