If the Michelin team rated this place it would receive the maximum three star rating. The staff is well trained and shares Ken's passion for professionalism and quality of care. They have an excellent array of equipment for whatever is needed and the equipment is always meticulously cleaned. This place is simply the best!

Live with it or go through an invasive costly surgical procedure. Also plan upon months of therapy and recovery. Having been the victim of a botched surgical procedure in my youth, I'm really thorough about checking into who my surgeon is going to be and the facility in which the surgery is going to take place. After checking out everything I made an appointment with Dr.Ross Wodicka and couldn't have been more delighted. He's not only a great doctor but real good down to earth guy who carefully explains all your options and matters involving the procedure. Matter of fact, because of my age being 74, he wasn't cut happy and really wanted me to know what I was going to be put through in order to recover and whether I thought it would be worth it. Well, because I was unable to lift my martini glass to my lips (that's practically the definition of very serious), of course it was worth it. I might also add that Dr. Wodicka is a sports doctor specialist with a fellowship in a well-recognized sports orthopedic institute. So if one can trust the multimillion dollar shoulders and knees of professional athletes to him, I think I can trust mine to him too. Anyway my surgery went just fine. Matter of fact incredibly fine. I don't even have a surgical scar, never needed any pain meds and now near 8 months later 90% recovered and doing exceptionally well.

When told I had already received all of his speculative treatments (including an entire year of physical therapy, two branch blocks, an ablation and an epidural) and came here for another option, he told me to "try them again" and sent me away in tears. To make a woefully long story short, I was up atop the foredeck of my boat adrift in a no wake zone…read morewhile I attended to some docking lines and fenders. Without me noting it, a four outboard engine center console with one of those outboard cowboys behind the helm went by throwing a huge wake. The wake hit my boat causing me to fall. In breaking my fall I completely tore the main ligament of my rotator cuff. Ugh! As those things once torn don't heal without surgical intervention I knew I was in for big problems. Once torn off they remain torn off forever which with me, caused me to lose at least 80% of the use of my right arm. I couldn't even pick up my cocktail glass....which for me is really a serious matter...having to suck a martini through a straw is just plain icky. So, I had the surgery but of course that isn't the end of the ordeal. In order to regain use, you must undergo rehabilitative therapy and to fully recover, at least for me well into my 70's, takes a full year. After surgery at Holy Cross I thought I could go to the Holy Cross therapy center but no. My dictatorial health insurance carrier said no. I would have to go elsewhere. In a stroke of super good luck I found out about Clear Choice Physical Therapy and I couldn't have been more pleased about it. The owner, Erik Bleeker, who holds a well-accredited masters degree (MSPT) in the science of physical therapy took me under his personal care and what wonders he was able to do with me to get my arm motions back and headed to normal are nothing short of amazing. He carefully explained everything to me and made out a complete plan charting a course for my progressive recovery. I had no idea how involved, how technical, what extensive knowledge and skills are needed but with his help I got to understand them. For those who have never been through this, it isn't easy. You'll need professional guidance or you could tear the whole thing apart all over again. Or if do the wrong exercises accomplish nothing more than freezing the mobility of your rotator cuff up which will put you in real trouble. So I'm passing this Yelp on to you in the event a misfortune might befall you and you too end up in need of physical rehabilitative therapy. They take lots of insurances which is great but above all else is the service. The customer service is amazing, they remember your name and remember your wants and needs. The chiropractic service is unmatched - Dr. Cohen has been doing this for years and you can tell. I would recommend them to any one b/c someone recommend them to me and I'm so happy I went. I currently still go but not for the nerve ( that was taken care of on the 2nd visit) I go b/c they want me to do therapy on my neck which is something they found while doing the X-ray - which is on site.
