When he arrived he asked what issues I was having then he looked and made suggestion as to what liked it need. Ended up replacing springs, multiple cables and the pulleys. He also reprogrammed the door opener, lubricated the tracks, the door rollers and retightened all the bolts. They also prove a 3 year warranty on parts and 1 year on labor. Booking a consultation was easy and he took the time to explain everything from materials to costs to timelines. The new garage doors are a near-perfect match to the existing paint job (hunter green, see accompanying pictures). We ended up needing to replace the garage roof and the frame, which Door Tech also took care of (they're not just limited to doors!). Fast forward to the day of the roof replacement / door installation and we discover a rotting post with termites. Oren is on-site, immediately communicates the issue, and provides a clear solution.
