We are so grateful for Kiddie Academy of Delran! As a first-time Mom I searched high and low for…read morethe best daycares in the area for a variety of reasons: distance, school standards, quality of teachers, teacher to child ratios, cleanliness, price, safety, peanut free facility, and overall vibe. From the beginning I had a good feeling about KA! We knew we were going to have to send our daughter to daycare from the young age of 3 months, so I was not willing to settle. I would be lying if I didn't say it was an adjustment period. As a mom you know what you like, and when you're giving your child over to someone new, it takes time to become comfortable with the style of care. Again, first time mom problems! (lol) Ms. Mary was so patient with all of my questions, concerns, and everything in between! I'll admit, I can be an annoying overprotective mom. There have been a few incidents that have occurred during my daughter's time at KA, but Ms. Mary and the rest of the directors were SO accommodating to our needs. I can't say enough great things about all of the teacher our daughter has had so far. Ms. Michelle in the puppies is a seasoned professional and handles our girl with care at the young age of 3 months. Our daughter (we will call her AHK) learned how to sit up, crawl, and eat while in Ms. Michelle's class. Ms. Michelle is so sweet and loving. We love getting to see her everyday in the hallway! AHK then moved onto the cubs with Ms. Latoya. I don't have enough space here to talk about our infinite appreciation for Ms. Latoya- she has a true love and passion for teaching and made our girl feel SO at home during a tough transition. Shout out to teaching AHK how to walk up and down the halls of daycare! Ms.Carol was a pivotal part of our daughter's development. AHK learned some of her first words, lots of sign language, and many nursery rhymes while under Ms.Carol's supervision. Ms.Carol is extremely caring and patient and truly helped AHK come out of her shell. Without Ms.Carol, AHK would not have had such a smooth transition to the Turtles classroom. Of all things, AHK loved Ms.Carol's morning hugs! AHK is a shy girl, but Ms. Dynaisha has welcomed her to the Turtles classroom with open arms. Ms. Dynaisha has already taught AHK so many things, like sitting in seat during circle time and how to identify her feelings. Additionally, AHK loves squirrel watching with Ms. Dynaisha on the playground and all the fun art projects she gets to make in class! In addition to AHK's amazing Lead Teachers, I would love to give a huge shout out to all of the assistants and floaters. They ALL know Astra and show equal as much love and patience. We are so fortunate to call KA of Delran "home" until AHK moves onto Elementary School. *cue the tears*

I highly recommend Kiddie Academy of Delran (KAD) to care for your child (children). My son started…read morewith KAD when he was 7 months old. As a new mom, I was very hesitant to send him to daycare due to all the negative news regarding daycare centers; however, KAD has exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for transparency, timely communication and caring teachers for your little one, this is the place. My son is now 2.5 years old and is thriving! He has surpassed all his " age appropriate milestones" and is such a well mannered little boy. KAD's curriculum is top notch while giving free play to the children. My son is so happy and I could not imagine removing him from this center. My daughter will be joining the center soon and I trust that KAD will care for her just the same.

My husband and I agreed that it is about time as he needs to learn to socialize as well. We searched and looked for the right school or a care provider and eventually found Lightbridge Academy at Delran, NJ. They eased all our worries, answered all our questions, excellent staff, even great walkthrough! Everything was on point. They also have cameras where you can check in on your little one whenever you wish. In such a short time, our son showed amazing progress. This is coming from a boy who is exclusively BF and only sleeps with mommy, rarely with daddy and is very dependent on being latched. Like any kid, in the beginning, he showed attachment issues and cries at drop off. The teachers and the staff are so on point that they make sure to find ways to divert his attention and engaged with him. He took a very little time to adjust, and before we knew it, he loved spending every single day with his classmates, teacher, and learning the activities. He would come home a happy kid, and when we do our own activities at home, he continues to surprise us. In fact, one day, he came home and just started showing hand movements to certain songs that he loves to interact to! This is all thanks to the excellent curriculum, patience of the teachers & staff, and how well they manage the facility. Recently we had to move out, and Lightbridge Academy at Delran, NJ had us so spoiled that we were hoping to find the same care that they provided us. To date, we are still looking. Believe it or not, my husband and I can't stop wishing that there's a Lightbridge Academy here out west. Nothing can compare. I promise you when I say this, and it is NOT an exaggeration at all ... it is not easy to find a school or daycare that will provide the love, care, AND ALSO include your child's learning as part of their priority. Some will simply be a place for your kids to stay at like a playground, which is what we realized the hard way. With Lightbridge Academy at Delran, NJ, you get to have it all and more! If you are in the area and are considering them for your kids, don't think twice about it. Highly recommended from our family to yours.

So a little background , my son has been home during the pandemic with my husband and I 16 months …read more I'm also still breastfeeding , so this has been a difficult transition. I've spoke to a few daycares and visited 2. I haven't met all the staff but I will say the Director Megan and my sons teacher Mrs. April are so kind, with so much heart , and have a caring mindset. Also I know Mrs. Samantha helps as well and she is truly kind and in good spirits everyone we speak. This daycare is fairly new so there are a few things that need work. For example: There aren't any cameras available for parents to view from home. So I wasn't receiving updates in a timely matter throughout the day, this included updates on curriculum, pictures ,schedule and his check-in time. I addressed but it was a system issue . I explained the importance and the director has truly been on it doing everything to fix . I've called multiple times just to check in and I've always spoken to someone. I always felt like my son is safe and that is huge for me. I feel like she treats the students and teachers like family . Morning drop off is hard and she is patient and takes her time with each student during drop off. I don't feel rushed she makes sure each child is good and safe. Any issues I've had was made a priority and was told I can call any time. I'm real big on learning and curriculum. She has been keeping me updated on what there learning so we can apply at home. I feel like us as parents we deserve daily reports on words colors etc on what our child is doing and learning because they're in daycare the bulk of the day. It takes a village and consistency to help our little ones learn. So that's why I'm so big on the reports and pictures because us as parents pay so much for child care and deserve updates. Now that I've been getting reports and updates I can truly say management is really committed to providing a safe, fun, loving , learning environment and my husband and I are very thankful to Mrs. Megan she is truly the backbone to this place and it's only up from here with this daycare. Additionally it feels good to see my son going to his teacher Ms. April and comfortable with her I'm so grateful she has made time to write those reports and show me that my child is eating with his utensils and learning different things. I'm definitely a mom that looks to make sure everything is just right. Mrs. Megan has always been professional , kind , and knocked the ball out the park every time I've had a question. So if your a nervous skeptical mom or anyone looking for a great daycare to treat your child like it was there own. Here you g

I have nothing but praise for the school. It's a coOp so tuition is kept at a reasonable affordable price so long as there's parent involvement when it's neeeded, which is usually once a month. The schools clean, the playground is maintained and the toys and activities are routinely moved in and out to in order to keep the kids entertained. I can't imagine sending my children to another school. We love it and the teachers as well!

So, here's my story…read more March of 2021, we registered to reserve a spot for our daughter to attend. We let the ladies at Chesterbrook know that we were looking to move, and made sure to verify that our deposit would be refundable should we move out of the area. A few months later, we did wind up moving too far to make Chesterbrook a viable option, and began the process of having our money returned to us. Fast forward to March of 2022, and the quest continues. We have called FOURTEEN TIMES, spoken to a dizzying amount of "Laurens" and even had the one person that was handling our request go on maternity leave. Think about that; the person that was supposed to see to our refund had time to get pregnant, began maternity leave, and our money is still not refunded. I have been told countless times that I will receive a phone call. I usually don't. I have called their parent company, Spring Education Group, who have ALSO ignored my voice messages. You can't leave a voice message at Chesterbrook, as their mailbox is full. We have been patient, polite, understanding and calm through this whole ordeal. The ladies at Chesterbrook are always very nice and respectful when we do get to interact with them, but it's obvious that once they have your money, you're no longer a priority. The school itself seemed pretty old and a bit worn when we took our tour, but because the staff seemed so pleasant, we decided to make sure we reserved a spot. (Another thing they were a hard sell on.....they made sure to impress upon us that we should reserve immediately, or the spots would be gone. Red flag.) If I had known communication would be so rough, I never would have signed up. All I want is my refund. My daughter never set foot in their school, yet they are holding on to almost $500 of my money.

Unfortunately, that feeling changed completely at pickup. When we arrived, we walked to her classroom and noticed the children were outside on the toddler playground, with the door propped open by a foam block. As we approached, we witnessed a teacher forcefully grab another child by the arm. That moment immediately raised serious concerns. We went outside right away to find our daughter. The staff member supervising the group was not her usual teacher. The supervising staff member appeared to be very overwhelmed watching the young children. When I located her among the other children, her face was very red and there was a visible mark on her arm that resembled a handprint. I picked her up and we left immediately. Before leaving, I stopped at the director's office to report what we had seen. I was told there are no cameras covering the outdoor area. What a huge liability! I requested a refund and we will not be returning. This experience was deeply upsetting, and I would strongly urge other parents to carefully consider their options.

Their office staff are nasty and harass parents and discuss inappropriate topics in front of the young students and other families. No privacy or discretion. Their director is no where in site, she's literally not there or hides in the office and never comes out to say hi. Bring Kelly back! The employees are inappropriate. And the quality of the art and work sent home with the kids nosedived, we trash 80% of it whereas we used to save and frame it all. The teachers are very sweet, and they carry this facility on their backs. The level of disrespect and discrimination we've faced makes me sick. The admin staff has us to the point where we are thinking we might switch when we can get in someplace better. The facility is dirty half the time anymore and always smells like a dirty diaper. Our youngest constantly comes back in a dirty diaper like they haven't been checked! And we really only stayed hoping the quality would level out and get back to where it was, but it hasn't. Crème is not worth anything they charge and after our oldest was significantly injured onsite (conveniently off camera) and the staff dodged us (but we handled things calmly), we are looking into our options for that incident and we would never recommend going here. Save your money. They're soulless. I would be interested in a pathway to a better experience and solution for our child's previous injury, but I do NOT want to deal with the RM for this site. So, I will not share my information if that's who will contact me, I'd prefer higher up at this point.
