I'm always in and out of there in no more than 15 minutes, and the staff is as professional as they come, yet very friendly and understanding. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted warmly (by name if you're a regular) and welcomed, unlike most other companies I've used in the area. The office is beautiful and clean and most importantly, the staff has a "let's get it done" attitude. I simply cannot say enough good things about these folks. I tend to only write reviews where I've been really impressed and these folks never cease to impress me as they are clearly a cut above. If you find yourself in need of emergency cash, don't waste your time going anywhere else in Gainesville. A-1 is simply the best!

Within a matter of hours, we had multiple competitive quotes from several insurers. Once we selected the best option, Scott was prompt in providing us all the specifics we needed for the closing on our house - weeks in advance! It was very nice to have one less thing to coordinate during the move. Finding good service these days is rare, and apparently other agencies seemingly ignore potential new business. Thankfully, Scott is an exception and I'd recommend his agency based on service and responsiveness alone. Looking forward to a long relationship with Hansard.

Terry Fredrickson insured my 3007 sq ft. brand new home in Braselton 5 BRS 3 BAS for only…read more$345,000.00, in 2024. When I switched to a new company and gave him more than 10 days notice (I had already paid the premium for the month), FARMERS charged me an additional premium. TERRY refused to communicate with billing and said that there is nothing he can do about it. However, when I switched over from my former insurance to him, and that insurance company did not upcharge me, he was willing to write a letter to them, so he knows what the correct procedure is. As a realtor, I know that $345,000.00 cannot rebuild a 5BR, 3 BA property, if the property is damaged. The property was grossly underinsured and FREDRICKSON was charging me almost $200.00 per month for monthly premiums. As a realtor, I should have known better but he came highly recommended so I did not double check the numbers. Anyway, $345000 for almost $200.00 per month is a "JACK." In my more than 20 years of home ownership, I have never had a worse insurance agent. To make matters worse, FARMERS IS sending the upcharged amount to a collections company. And FREDRICKSON is still silent. His only response, "I cannot confirm nor deny," you have to check with billing. When I asked him for a verification and validation of the debt, TERRY was not even man enough to call. He emailed that I should check with biling.
