Great place to get suits, ties and belts. Have bought a few nice suits from this location over the years, always happy with them.

Tip Top Orleans Ontario. The manager at this store is very rude and has no customer service skills…read more I went to the store late summer. The manager was condescending to every one of my questions, like I should already know the answers. He told me come back boxing week and everything will be 2 for 1 and he'd get me my whole suit (minus jacket and shoes) for 180. I went back boxing week and everything together was 270, and didn't even include the tie. He denied that he ever said anything to me. I asked for grey shirt, he told me that it doesn't go well with their ONE colour of vest (black). I asked if my groomsmen could wear suspenders, he said I was tacky and trying too hard, I asked to wear a bow tie, and he said that would look stupid, I asked how I could stand out as the groom and he said I shouldn't have to stand out, that it's fine for everyone to look the same. Then he put me in an all black outfit after telling him my wedding was at a botanical garden and will be VERY warm. Then he finally gave in and put me in a white shirt after telling him I wanted any colour BUT white. Then I said I looked like a waiter, and he said "what ? Orange looks like a pumpkin .. are we going to stop selling orange colours now?". He told me if I REALLY wanted to stand out, wear a jacket. I reminded him again that it would be 35 to 40 degrees at my venue. He said "you want to be comfortable ? Look at your wife in heels and ask HER if she's comfortable (she not wearing heels)...You're not going to your wedding to be comfortable, you're going to take pictures. Everything was a struggle and I was only in there 10 minutes. He rolled his eyes, he sighed and had no interest in making us feel comfortable or listening to a thing we had to say. One of my groomsmen walked away because he couldn't stand this guy. All in all, one of the worst experiences shopping I've ever had. Went to Moore's and they treated us like kings and discounted us large. Done and done.

About a month ago, I went with my husband to Morris Formalwear to get him a tuxedo for an upcoming…read moregala. When my husband was still serving in the military he'd always wear his mess kit (since all our formal functions were related to the military), but now that he's retired from the military, he wanted to get a tuxedo for these functions. We were 3 weeks out from the gala when he decided it was time to buy one. A bit last minute, if you ask me, lol. Fortunately, his height and build allows him to buy most items off-the-rack and thus even for formal wear he requires minimal if any alterations. The store was much busier on a Saturday afternoon in May than I expected (although I guess it was prom, graduation and wedding season). We milled around a bit before someone was available to help us. We told the salesman we were looking for a black classic tuxedo. My husband told him his size and he grabbed a jacket for my husband to try on. My husband said "great" and that must have been the quickest $500 sale ever. The jacket required no alterations. The salesman measured my husband's waist and gave him a pair of pants and brought him down to the seamstress in the basement. She pinned the hem, marked the waist to take in a smidge, and we were good to go. They said it would be done in a week. My husband called them the day before we were supposed to pick up to confirm it was done, as we didn't want to make the trip out there for nothing, but there was no answer, so he left a voicemail. They never returned his voicemail. So the morning of, he called again and the salesman said he thinks it's done, but they are really swamped. Uh, ok. So we went. The saleslady helped us this time and after looking around for it for a bit, she found it. It was done and fit perfectly. I must say, my impression was that the saleslady was about customer service. She was friendly and wanted to ensure we were satisfied. My impression was that the salesman was just concerned with making a sale. That's just how I personally felt after our interactions. Also I felt $500 for a tux, not even designer or anything, was expensive, but I guess everything is expensive these days. I think you can get them for less at chains like Moores, but we do like supporting small independent businesses. But whatever, my husband is happy and looks handsome in his tux, so I'm happy ;) Street parking only.

I would like to thank the team, very helpful. Made it quick and easy!…read moreWent above and beyond. would highly recommend
