I've actually delayed reviewing them. It's been a long time coming. Had nothing but problems with…read morebrand new installs . Some relatives had the same problem at their house when Hall's installed a new HVAC system. Never right the first time....as a bonus, The techs left all the packing materials strewn all over the yard. (As in...not temporarily ---they left it there and never picked it up. )One even installed a dishwater for me and failed to test it. It leaked on my new floor. Should have just done it myself....They cut corners and fail to add the necessary components to their HVAC stuff. BARE MINIMUM is the way they do business .Another guy from another HVAC company was astonished that they hadn't installed a refrigerant filter dryer canister in it. He said : " I can't believe they didn't put one on it . That's Standard practice now" .....but they didn't give a shit then, and don't now!!! Now my Coleman unit is breaking down again for the 4th time in 4 years. Avoid Coleman .....and Hall's at all costs.

He said "no problem", he would be happy to install it and quoted me a price which we agreed upon. Called him again just to confirm before ordering the equipment. Again, he said, call him when it came in and he would install it. Equipment arrived and I called a third time and he scheduled an appointment for that Saturday. Then, late Friday night he texts me saying he was "too busy" and I should find someone else to do the work. This, after numerous conversations and him stringing me along for three months. Then when I tried to contact him to reschedule, he just ghosted me, leaving me sitting on $1200 worth of equipment that I can't install. Horrible unprofessional way to treat customers. If you think you can treat people like this with no consequences you're wrong because I'll be spreading the word far and wide.
