Some relatives had the same problem at their house when Hall's installed a new HVAC system. Never right the first time....as a bonus, The techs left all the packing materials strewn all over the yard. (As in...not temporarily ---they left it there and never picked it up. )One even installed a dishwater for me and failed to test it. It leaked on my new floor. Should have just done it myself....They cut corners and fail to add the necessary components to their HVAC stuff. BARE MINIMUM is the way they do business .Another guy from another HVAC company was astonished that they hadn't installed a refrigerant filter dryer canister in it. He said : " I can't believe they didn't put one on it . That's Standard practice now" .....but they didn't give a shit then, and don't now!!! Now my Coleman unit is breaking down again for the 4th time in 4 years. Avoid Coleman .....and Hall's at all costs.
