Most of the food near the plaza was Carnival type food like cotton candy and canistrelli, a traditional Corsican cookie, but we wanted a solid hot meal. My partner ordered the white pizza, which he didn't like very much. He found it too heavy for that time of night. I ordered the salad with tomatoes, mozzarella and aubergines, (eggplant), which I really enjoyed. I also enjoyed the seafood pasta which tasted delicious although I was expecting more than miniscule shrimp that had clearly been previously frozen. Also, I asked my server to keep the moules (mussels) out of my plate, especially the decorative ones, but the dish included them anyway.
