Dr moore and eye tech is a 5 But the old lady and young lady…read morei will give a - which messes everything up for Dr moore They literally harrasses you when trying to fit for glasses,they seperate you from your kids and literally stock both you and your child trying to force glasses on you that youre not interested in as if they gone tell you what to buy glasses is WAY too expensive for one and the older lady is the worlds worst!! After telling the older lady I needed time to look around and wasnt interested in the glasses of her choice she got a rude attitude the younger lady was kind enuff to back off but they DONOT give you the space you need to decide they only take you to the high priced glasses even with insurance you will still b out of pocket 100-200 dollars with this being said Dr moore needa to get his lady's to back off and assist as needed and he needs to check that older ladys attitude as well im sorry if im coming off to harsh this is my 3rd appointment with them and its the same way YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED get your eyes checked by dr moore then gt your prescription and buy glasses else where

For the sake of your vision, don't go here. I'm not saying this because I had a bad experience or…read morewas treated rudely. I moved out of McComb and found a new eye doctor in Louisiana that accepts Medicaid. She has been unbelievably better. Dr. Sanders would order trial contacts for me that didn't work and then blame it on my strong astigmatism. It's very strong to be fair. So I always thought I couldn't wear contacts I moved and found my new doctor. She ordered trial contacts. Over the course of months she would examine how the contacts fit on my eyes and order new ones. This probably happened over the course of about four visits. Now I can wear contacts and it's a joy. Also, I ordered new glasses from her and they were much more precise. And then I went back to her office and she tested them. My vision went from 20/30 to 20/25 with my new glasses. I'll cut some hacks some slack but not when it comes to optometry. This guy owes it to the world to retire. It's terrifying that he's an eye surgeon. Please see someone else.

When I got to the back the eye doc came in, never checked my eyes (why did they get dilated?), told me my vision was fine. I explained that I can see out of my contacts but cannot see out of my current glasses. He told me I just don't like wearing them. Then handed me my chart and told me they way out, I stood up without being able to see and stumbled down the hallway to the lobby, de to the fact he did not give me an opportunity to even put my contacts back in.
