They were at my house for 2 hours 20 minutes which included time to travel to get parts. I was charged $672 hours for labor. When I called to question this charge, the office manager Carol said it was for two repair men and for both of their travel time as well. They did give me a $75 credit however; I feel this is deceitful practice. Why not be up front with these charges? Because no one would render their services knowing that you are paying for training personnel. I would NOT recommend this plumber.

Landis came out to clean and service my oil burning heater. They left soot stains on my new…read morecarpet. Two months after the service the heater stopped working. I called another HVAC co who came out and my electrodes were all burned up and needed replacing and the transformer was in bad shape. The tech told me whoever serviced your heater should have noticed that and repaired it. He also said the paperwork Landis left for their combustion tests are not within the allowable limits and they should not have left the heater like this. On top of all that Landis charged me $236.91. I will never use them again.

The water comes out at only a trickle, and the TDS levels are not measuring within safe ranges. With two babies under two years old, we are extremely concerned about their health and the safety of our water supply. This situation has been very frustrating and stressful. They also never provided the warranty paperwork. The repeated service visits, ongoing issues, and lack of a functioning and safe water supply have caused significant stress, especially while caring for two babies under two and trying to work every day. At this point, we are requesting a permanent resolution. We need the system to be fully repaired and verified to be providing adequate water flow and safe TDS levels immediately. If the system cannot be repaired and brought to proper working and safety standards, we expect it to be replaced at no additional cost. We would also like the warranty paperwork provided in writing and confirmation of the steps being taken to resolve this issue.

I had attempted to replace a garbage disposal, but had an issue with a pipe falling apart. I emailed Rick after 9pm that night, and he responded to my email by calling before 8am the next morning. On the phone call, Rick clearly explained the work to be completed. Rick made the service call himself early in the afternoon, and resolved my issues quickly. He was able to access our crawl space, and navigate his way down there to running a new pipe for my kitchen sink. He installed the Garbage disposal, and cleared the clogged sink drain. The work was performed professionally, quickly.. and priced reasonably. The bill clearly listed all work performed, and detailed pricing.
