Since they sold out to Asbury automotive, they could care less about the customer on any service! Enough said! We researched multiple dealerships and were going to try each one for service, customer attention and actually see if they give a NO BS run around buying a car. We also talk with those customers at the service Dept to see how they are treated for service issues. Not one customer had anything bad to say about the service Dept at Cherokee Toyota and in fact some drove many miles to come here. We had no intention of buying a car the day we visited Cherokee Toyota and in fact our credit was frozen by choice always. After doing our due diligence we walked in and asked for Mike Cofield the one who had the highest recommendations on our research recently. Mike was fantastic. A NO BS guy who was honest, trustworthy, and showed us many different Highlander models we were interested in. After driving 3 different ones and having a special request for a simpler basic model we settled on a Grand Highlander Hybrid LE. It seats 8 was bigger than most we drove, extremely quiet and had the old fashion features with some modern ones we wanted. Mike was able to make the deal with little to no playing the back-and-forth games we hate with dealerships! Cherokee Toyota did NOT have the dealer add on fees so many other ones tack on and yes, we compared side by side. We completed the transaction quickly and a special shout out to the Finance Mgr who took care of any questions and issues we had ! This is what we do expect in a dealership. Not lip service but honest customer relationships and in fact Mike gave us his personal cell number if any issues do arise! He also introduced us to "his tech" in the service Dept.. so time will tell and YES we will update at a later date after we experience the service end of the dealership first hand. But without a doubt..Mike was everything we look for in a salesperson who understands our needs and the no BS transactions! KUDOS Cherokee Toyota.. keep up the great work!

Russell, the salesperson, was the only salesperson I have ever dealt with in six months of looking for this Frontier who was straightforward from the "get-go." I was not trading in a vehicle and did not need financing. When I emailed them for an out-of-the-door price, Russell quickly responded with a figure. So many dealerships would not do that; they want you to come in, and they want you to consider this or that. They never give you anything in writing. The price was a little higher than I thought best, so I told Russell what I needed it to be to make the purchase. Their original price was not far from my offer, as it was already priced very competitively. Anyway, we closed the deal, and the entire process was amazingly a pleasure. The finance manager who handled our paperwork was also terrific! I cannot recommend this dealership enough. I have spoken to many dealerships, and these folks were by far the most straightforward, honest, and nice to work with!

After having it stolen, I was back in the market for another car and I didn't hesitate to make the drive 1.5 hours up to H and S. Over the course of two weeks, Kayla guided me back toward my second 4Runner, which is as perfect for me and my three boys as the first one was. You pay what you see, the cars are awesome and so are their warranty options. I hope I don't have to buy a car again too soon but if I do, I will most definitely come back to H and S. 10 out of 10 experience. I found a car I wanted to test drive and they just handed me the keys. We settled on a price subject to me taking it to my mechanic. No stress at all. Next day I take it to my mechanic and he said it was in excellent shape and a good price. Again., no problem with me just taking the car for a couple hours. The purchase cycle was so easy. They did the registration and title there. They also changed the oil and was able to drive the car off the same day. I would definitely use Univeter again for future car purchases.
