They charged me an additional $400. to repair their screw up. They treated me like I was stupid and the problem was my fault. As a young man I rebuilt engines and use to do my own mechanical work, so I understood the problem and what needed to be done. Stay away from these people.

The fix did not last long and it was leaking again. They said that they just needed to torque the bolt and it would be good. A few months later it started leaking in the same place. Since they could not fix it within 2 tries I was not going back. I took it to a place in Kennesaw where they looked at it and said that it looked like it had been torqued too much and had bent the cover. Now I had to pay for the full job again and a new cover and this only cost me $460 where as Chrisitan Brothers charged me $980 and messed up my truck. I contacted them and they told me that since I took it somewhere else to get fixed there is nothing that they would do for me. I think that they owe me the full amount that I paid them or at least the difference of what I paid at the Kennesaw repair shop and the amount that they over charged me. I will never go to any Christian Brothers again because I have now had another person that has said she went in for one thing and now they want to charge her over $10,000. STAY AWAY

I am a widow who is used to her husband handling all matters related to the car. Savannah, my service advisor listened to all my concerns and answered all she could. She addressed the remainder of my concerns with the appropriate department. I had food stains on the fabric on my front passenger seat from my Grandbabies. I asked what to use to clean the seat. I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome job Carlos in the Detail Department had done to clean the seat to look like new, for no charge. I also had a problem where my tag on the front bumper was getting bent. Matthew No. 2 of the Parts Department placed a frame around my tag that will keep it from getting bent. I cannot say enough for these young people going above and beyond to make me happy. I love my Subaru and the Kennesaw Subaru. Thank you for making my checkup so pleasant. Our car has broken down 3 times in six weeks since a very expensive engine repair caused problems…read morethat weren't existing previously on our 7 year old Crosstrek. 3 times we have picked up a supposedly fully repaired vehicle, and 3 times I have had to wait out on the roadside for a tow truck to drag it back to Subaru Kennesaw. We only get updates via text, plus we have to be the ones pushing for information. No one higher up has made any attempt to contact us despite asking someone to. We had been thrilled with our Crosstrek this far but our current experience has been horrid.

He went and got the other copies and brought them back and while I had my hand out to retrieve them, this man tossed them on the desk right in front of me and kept walking. I immediately said "that's rude." So...essentially because of Jose and his unprofessionalism I would never do business with Jim Ellis and will tell all my friends and colleagues the same! A 2005 ford freestyle was brought here 3 times in the past couple of weeks. First time on 11/16,…read morethey quoted 1700 alone on 6 spark plugs, 6 ignition coil packs, and a 2 year battery. The spark plugs installed are NGK iridium IX they charged $130.68, explaining to me that these are premium and how they don't cheap out on parts and how they come with a 12,000 mile warranty or 1 year. After just doing on the surface research NGK offers an even better line of plugs (NGK Ruthenium HX)for only $10.59 a piece. So essentially there up charging Twice as much on parts alone. Also while working on car fuel pump needed to be replaced because it burned out so they replaced it we get the car back, and not even the next day the car dies on the middle of the road. They explained how it was just out of gas and it was fine...the gas light had just turned on so I found it weird that it ran out. Fast forward about a couple of days later and the car dies AGAIN! The gauge was a little under a 1/4 but the car was completely out of gas. So it went back to the shop and they had to put a new fuel pump in after they installed a bad one...heres the catcher! The warranty was used even though they installed a cheap part. So from my personal experience in dealing with this place I would not recommend this place to anyone. Especially if they charging a premium price, installing cheap parts, and using a "warranty" service to justify the insane mark up. Just my thoughts! Edit 12/16/2025 When to shop because I was questioned about my review. Was met with immediate hostility entering and asking for the manager...I questioned him immediately entering the shops office asking why he was concerned on my review. He said there were a lot of things wrong with my review and proceeded to argue with me over it. The only reason I stepped in the shops office was to have a conversation and clarify. None of that happened... instead Anthony personally argued with me pulling up forms saying that the reason the fuel pump burned was because the car can't go under 5 gallons of gas aka as soon as the gas light turns on. I have never heard of a fuel pump burning out when the gas light turns on. After that Anthony proceeded to argue with me further on how the spark plugs I listened are not better....they are, anyone can fact check this. Then to top it off he threatened to take me out back and kick my butt all because he was clearly getting flustered/frustrated because I can see straight through all the deception (it doesn't matter how right or wrong a person is or is not. You never threaten people who come into your business, keep in mind this is the manger threatening me. not how you do business!) when I left he cursed me out, and that was that. Anthony is a young guy who still has a lot to learn, hopefully he'll learn you can't treat people like that who enter his business, especially if he wants to see customers!
