You can tell their staff really does care about the pups & I think it wonderful that they even provide "house kibble" (Kirkland brand) in case you forget to pack your pups food. When we first went to dogtopia, sometimes I'd forget to pack their lunch during daycare but the staff would still feed them.

They're running late, be ready to wait at least 30 minutes past your appointment time. Pets are examined in your car or taken in the back door near Strike bowling while you wait. From a pet's perspective, this must be overwhelming: loud construction noises, unfamiliar equipment, and strangers handling them while they're already injured or nervous can feel frightening, stressful, and disorienting. It really feels like during this construction they've lost sight of compassion for animals and what that looks and feels like from both a pet's and a pet owner's perspective. Focused on making money while going through a major construction update. Sarah is always great at the front and helpful. All the doctors have been kind, but the staff is hit-or-miss, depending on who you have to interact with.
