We had Gutter Helmet gutters installed on our house several years ago, along with a metal roof. In a spring storm, a neighbor's tree blew over and damaged the gutters and a few shingles on the way down. We called Moonworks to repair the gutter damage. A technical salesman eventually came by to check the damage and prepare a repair proposal. He took advantage of the opportunity to offer to install Gutter Helmet's Heated Helmet system. Since the gutters usually fill up with snow and ice during the winter and impede the snow from sliding off the metal roof, we accepted the offer. A few weeks later the work crew arrived at the time specified and installed the wiring. Apparently the job was a bit more complicated and required more wire than they had expected, but they completed their work expeditiously and left the wiring ready to be connected to the electrical panel by our electrician. They took time to explain what they were doing and left the site clean. We are very satisfied with their work and with Moonworks. We won't know how well the heating system works until the snow falls. read more

I had them come through my neighborhood saying they were doing work in our area and could give me an estimate. Well, I talked with the guy for close to 20 minutes about what I wanted done and he said no problem they could quote me for all the work I wanted done. Then he called his boss up I think, and he said that because my estimate wouldn't be enough money that they couldn't do the free estimate while they were there, aka couldn't save me as much money was I was promised. Wasn't too happy, but since me and the guy I talked to seemed to hit it off and he was friendly u didn't put up much of a stink. So in conclusion, their workers are really nice but not as informed as they should be out there talking to customers first hand. I recently had Moonworks do air sealing in our attic. The main crew members were Josh and Kyle? They arrived on time and were very professional explaining the process they were about to start. Throughout the day the continued to update me on the progress and exactly what the next steps were. The day we had the air sealing done was one of the hottest days of Summer!!! Although they were going up and down from the attic and looked like they would pass out soon from heat exhaustion, they continued all day and completed the project right on time from the original timeline. Wanted to recommend Moonworks highly to anyone who owns a home in Southern New England. They installed both Gutter Helmet and Ice Defense on my home and both have worked flawlessly. It turns out that the ice dams of 2015 did some damage to my gutters and Moonworks came and did a great job repairing everything. In addition, we had a shutter hanging off of our house on the second floor. While Moonworks was fixing our gutter, one of their technicians raised the ladder and screwed the shutter back into place, without being asked to do it. I was impressed with the prompt response and professionalism with all involved. Everything happened as I was told. I especially appreciated being able to talk to a person when calling. We did run into a glitch in the process of installation, but the problem was addressed immediately with minimum down time. A resolution was agreed upon quickly. The team arrived on time and after reviewing the proposed work with me when directly to performing they individual duties. The team knew what they had to do and how to do it. They performed their work in a professional and efficient manner. After they completed they work in a timely manner they cleaned up any mess that might have made and reviewed the results with me. Gutter Helmet was installed on my home about 2 years ago and i just wanted to let everyone know that I haven't had any issues with there product. As far as i can see my gutters are not clogged and they still look brand new. On top of giving me leaf protection it has also given me extra comfort dealing with snow. I have had ice dams in the past where i had water come in through over my bay window and in my kitchen. Since putting this system on that has now gone away so at the moment I am completely satisfied. read more

We hired Moonworks to install Gutter Helmet onto our home the price was fair and the install went as planned. We have now had this product on our house for 2 years and I have not had to clean my gutters. So in my case it was well worth the investment.
