We first met Cheyenne two years ago when she did my older sister Emma's wedding. After seeing the incredible job she did, I knew that whenever it was my turn to get married, she had to be there. We trusted her so much that when Drew and I were choosing our wedding date, we literally considered Cheyenne's availability! I was a bride with a VERY specific vision. I knew exactly how I wanted our wedding to look and feel, and I cared about every little detail. Our wedding included so many personalized touches for our guests, and Cheyenne was truly the only person I trusted to understand how important those details were to me and execute everything perfectly. Somehow, she made it even better than I imagined. Her eye for design is incredible. She took everything I had pictured in my head and brought it to life beautifully. Every space felt intentional, cohesive, and completely "us." Beyond the décor, she made sure every personalized item, placement, and tiny detail was organized and exactly where it needed to be. As someone who is extremely detail-oriented, the fact that I never felt the need to double-check anything says everything about how much I trusted her. That confidence started long before the wedding day. Cheyenne's communication, planning, and timeline sessions were incredible. By the time our wedding weekend arrived, I felt completely comfortable handing everything over because I knew there was a plan, she understood my priorities, and she would handle anything that came up. On the wedding day, Cheyenne made sure I was calm, my needs were taken care of, our families and wedding party were where they needed to be, and everything behind the scenes ran seamlessly. At one point I casually mentioned wanting a Diet Coke, and I swear it appeared in my hand within 30 seconds. That perfectly sums up Cheyenne -- she is always ten steps ahead. I also have to give a huge thank you to Ashley from the NerdyFox team, who handled so many of the behind-the-scenes details throughout the day. She was incredible and such an important part of making everything feel effortless. Because of Cheyenne, Ashley, and NerdyFox, I was able to actually be present and enjoy my wedding instead of worrying about décor, timelines, logistics, or whether every little detail was being handled. If you are a bride with a specific vision who wants someone you can completely trust to execute it, Cheyenne is the person you want. I would choose her a thousand times over. Music added the extra push for the last few hours of the party that would not exist if it were not for Velocity. Evan Ledman was our DJ and was able to make a personal connection with my wife and I before/during our wedding. A personal connection is something you want when planning your special event because it is all about what you want for your special day/event. Velocity/Evan was able to do so with ease. Our wedding was easily the hottest day of the year, but you would not be able to guess that while looking at our DJ's (Bob Forseman and Evan Ledman). From the first time my wife and I met with the two of them, we realized that Velocity was going to make our party a real event. Even though dinner was outside in the 100* heat, Evan made sure that we had what we needed to make any sort of toasts or announcements. He assisted with the timing with our caterer (Shoup's) so that everything went as planned. Evan worked with my wife and I so that we were able to keep everything on point with our schedule. Before he did anything, he made sure that we were in the right place and ready for the next thing. All th way to the last song, our event was incredible. The dance floor was constantly packed, and if there was a song that was playing that we did not want to hear, we were able to ask Evan and Bob to skip it, and they made a smooth transition into a new song. The lighting was phenomenal. Needless to say, our wedding was a hit and it was partly because of the planning and dudiligence of Velocity Sound. Highly recommended!!!

I used Ace Party Rental for my daughters small wedding and they made it so easy. I needed an early…read moreset up so we picked up the items. The guys on the dock were very helpful. I didn't think I had enough cords to hold things in place so they made extra sure things were secure. Returning the items was just as easy. Great customer service, they took inventory of the items returned and I was on my way. I highly recommend using them and will use them myself if I ever have another event.
