Outstanding Experience with Lunar Landscaping We recently…read moreworked with Vito at Lunar Landscaping on a full landscape redesign, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From our very first conversation, Vito took the time to really listen to what we wanted. Rather than pushing a cookie-cutter plan, he asked thoughtful questions to understand our vision and our lifestyle, and it showed in everything that followed. What impressed us most was how well Vito conceptualized our vision and translated it into a clear, workable plan. He explained his ideas in a way that was easy to understand, walking us through the reasoning behind each recommendation so we always knew the "why" behind the design. Vito was also fantastic about offering practical, cost-saving suggestions without ever compromising the overall vision. He clearly knows how to stretch a budget creatively, pointing out where we could save money and where it was worth investing, all while keeping the end result cohesive and true to what we wanted. His plant and shrub knowledge was a huge help. He consulted with us on selections that would thrive in our specific conditions while still achieving the look we were going for. He brought the same level of expertise to the hardscape and lighting consultation, offering ideas that balanced form and function beautifully. One of the standout parts of the process was how Vito outlined the key architectural features of our home and explained how the landscaping could complement and accentuate them. It's clear he doesn't just design gardens, he designs landscapes that work in harmony with the house itself. We couldn't be happier with the process and the results. If you're looking for a landscaper who genuinely listens, brings creative and practical expertise, and cares about getting the details right, we highly recommend Vito and the team at Lunar Landscaping.

A new design with trees and shrubs and roots removed-- new trees, bushes and other plantings. On a 10 point scale I would rate Lunar Landscaping a 10+. Vito was so experienced and knowledgeable-- it was an absolute pleasure working with him. As a real estate attorney of more than 54 years... I didn't hear anything. I sent another email on December 21st and I didn't hear anything back. I called today and sent an email today. It's snowing and idk if I have a contract or not.

We have had so many issues and so many terrible experiences (including non-reimbursement of pipes…read morethey broke) with this company that after over 5 months of trying to get them to do better, we felt we had to be honest and finally write this review. First, they do not communicate well, at all. They say they will show up and then don't, they say bills are overdue that aren't due at all, and they are insanely hard to get ahold of when you have an issue (which, you will). Second, they completed our landscaping project but with some very big red flags. 1). They left it unfinished for some time and we had no idea when they would return (see above regarding lack of communication); 2). The sod they put down to replace what they had dug up was left in mismatched patches, they used different types of grass, and some of it was brown. After many requests from us, they eventually replaced some of it, and it took way too long to get done. We were embarrassed by our yard for most of the summer. 3). And this one is the best. While repairing the small patio they built (PSA - in our experience, patios are NOT their specialty), they broke several pipes underneath. We had to have our sprinkler system fixed by a different company AT A COST OF $235! This was communicated to Greenwise and they agreed to reimburse us - MONTHS AGO!!!! We have not heard from them, they have not returned to repair the patio, and they will not return our calls. At this point we're opening a case against the company to get that money reimbursed, and I will hire someone else to fix the patio. I do not want them on my lawn ever again. How are they still in business????
