Found NHA&MT on google and since they were the only massage place open at 6pm on Sat gave them a call... they were very pleasant on the phone. Got to this strip mall, went in & there was Nancy the manager, who was all smiles and laughter. She took me in a room and asked me where I hurt, then proceeded to get another lady, April in the room. She told her in another language what was hurting me... asked me if I wanted firm or medium - I chose medium touch. I stripped down to my undies (and really don't be shy... these ladies have seen worse :O) ) and April proceeded to give me the most brutal pleasure filled massage I've ever had. She practically moon-walked on my back and used her toes to really do acupressure wherever there were sore spots on my back. She used her elbows to rub the soles of my feet and again hit all the pressure points. April got down and dirty on my shoulders and neck, digging in deep (seemed she went down to the meat on my bones)... I was so sore afterwards, but five hours later, can twist and turn like a 19 year old. I feel GREAT! This place is truly a no frills massage place. This is not a spa and it's in a strip mall, but don't let that fool you. These ladies mean business and will have you feeling like you're floating on air (after they beat the kinks out of you). Oh how I hope I can find an equivalent place in Los Angeles. $2 surcharge if you use your credit card and they'd like the tip in cash. April was so good, I had to give her a $20 NHA&MT will have you never going back to an expensive hotel massage. I highly recommend. Tell them the Lady from the tv show "The View" recommended you

I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, and I was basically told they didn't have my appointment. The person who made the was off-site and didn't pass the information. I didn't mind waiting in the lobby as they were busy with other clients. After waiting about 10 min, a water bucket is brought into the lobby for me to put my feet in. I thought it was odd, but I've never been here and didn't know how they operate. The masseuse came out and did my massage in the lobby. It was a nice massage. No complaints there. The masseuse finished, and a woman who said she didn't have an appointment walked in. The woman was promptly told to go to room 2. I didn't think anything of it, as someone left while I was getting the massage. I asked where the restroom was, and I was quickly told I couldn't use the bathroom until I paid. Immediately taken aback, I said it wouldn't take me long to use the restroom as I had to come back through the lobby to leave. She said, "No pay first! We have customers waiting." I'm sure she realized I was visibly angry and tried to make small talk, asking how far along I was, etc. I paid, and she offered me water and asked for a tip. I declined and left to use the restroom at a neighboring business. I will never return to this establishment, and I will make sure to inform anyone coming here moving here or coming to TDY to Maxwell AFB to stay away from this place.

However it is not listed on their website nor Apple Maps so I assumed they were open 8-5 as listed. I don't understand why someone needs to request time off work to visit a chiropractor. I also didn't like that she then said, "we are pretty much appointment only" then lock the doors and say you are closed for lunch and change everything to say appointment only. Worse Massage Ever I…read morehave to start by saying the manager refunded my money in full. So I will tone down my review because of it. It's not a massage nor is the lady any good at what she does - Ella. It's a rub down over your body covered by a sheet. At no time did she stop for one second to massage any muscles. She massaged you like she would wash your car, flat handed and quickly. Not relaxing at all. Asked Ella several times to remove sheet, do a deep tissue massage, massage my problem areas neck and calf's; she just didn't know what to do or didn't care. I stopped at 30 min, then when I checked out she argued with me and then laughed when refused to give tip. Cashier didn't care and was condescending. Again manager made it right. Avoid this place.

I'm always a walk-in when I go there and get put in a room pretty fast (that's why i'm giving 3 stars) Tonight, I called ahead to make sure they were still taking walk-ins because it was later and they were. So I got there and everything was normally how it went until about 10-15 mins into the massage. The lady I had tonight did the absolute bare minimum (if that). I am used to getting excellent massages here but the one tonight SUCKED. She barely did anything. But cool, that's not why i'm writing this review. I'm writing a review because afterwards, I got dressed and went to the front to pay. She told me my total for the hour ($80) and I gave her my card. I get the receipt to sign and wrote $0 as the tip, gave it back to her and proceeded to grab a few dollar bills I had in my purse to give to her. She then grabs the money and angrily puts it back in my purse and then had an attitude and was being short. I guess she wanted more than I was giving or nothing at all. I get needing or wanting tips, BUT if you want a decent tip, do more than the bare minimum. She was very ungrateful for the few dollars I was willing to give her because I didn't HAVE to offer her anything after the sorry service she provided. update (2 days later): i have these bites on my arm. that same spot was itchy right after i left this place. never going back!
