There was a bell at the counter, which I rang. No one came, and I ended up ringing it three more times before leaving. However, I taken a business card that was available on the counter and decided to call the number. Someone did answer. I inquired about the pricing and type of massages available, and then I booked a massage for a few days later. I had no further issue when I arrived for my appointment. My therapist was flexible about how the service, because I wasn't sure what type of massage I needed, but settled on deep tissue for the pressure. The massage also included hot stones. I appreciated my masseuse (Lin) asking what services I would like with my massage. Overall, it was very relaxing and therapeutic. I felt like I was on a cloud when I left. So, in the future I will call to book my appointments as that seems the best way to guarantee service.

Found NHA&MT on google and since they were the only massage place open at 6pm on Sat gave them a call... they were very pleasant on the phone. Got to this strip mall, went in & there was Nancy the manager, who was all smiles and laughter. She took me in a room and asked me where I hurt, then proceeded to get another lady, April in the room. She told her in another language what was hurting me... asked me if I wanted firm or medium - I chose medium touch. I stripped down to my undies (and really don't be shy... these ladies have seen worse :O) ) and April proceeded to give me the most brutal pleasure filled massage I've ever had. She practically moon-walked on my back and used her toes to really do acupressure wherever there were sore spots on my back. She used her elbows to rub the soles of my feet and again hit all the pressure points. April got down and dirty on my shoulders and neck, digging in deep (seemed she went down to the meat on my bones)... I was so sore afterwards, but five hours later, can twist and turn like a 19 year old. I feel GREAT! This place is truly a no frills massage place. This is not a spa and it's in a strip mall, but don't let that fool you. These ladies mean business and will have you feeling like you're floating on air (after they beat the kinks out of you). Oh how I hope I can find an equivalent place in Los Angeles. $2 surcharge if you use your credit card and they'd like the tip in cash. April was so good, I had to give her a $20 NHA&MT will have you never going back to an expensive hotel massage. I highly recommend. Tell them the Lady from the tv show "The View" recommended you

I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, and I was basically told they didn't have my appointment. The person who made the was off-site and didn't pass the information. I didn't mind waiting in the lobby as they were busy with other clients. After waiting about 10 min, a water bucket is brought into the lobby for me to put my feet in. I thought it was odd, but I've never been here and didn't know how they operate. The masseuse came out and did my massage in the lobby. It was a nice massage. No complaints there. The masseuse finished, and a woman who said she didn't have an appointment walked in. The woman was promptly told to go to room 2. I didn't think anything of it, as someone left while I was getting the massage. I asked where the restroom was, and I was quickly told I couldn't use the bathroom until I paid. Immediately taken aback, I said it wouldn't take me long to use the restroom as I had to come back through the lobby to leave. She said, "No pay first! We have customers waiting." I'm sure she realized I was visibly angry and tried to make small talk, asking how far along I was, etc. I paid, and she offered me water and asked for a tip. I declined and left to use the restroom at a neighboring business. I will never return to this establishment, and I will make sure to inform anyone coming here moving here or coming to TDY to Maxwell AFB to stay away from this place.

I had tried regular massage, chiropractic and exercises at home but nothing was working and no one would tell me what was CAUSING my pain - they'd just keep telling me to "come back". Then I found these guys, and not only do they assess you, but tell you the probable cause of your issue, and on top of working to fix it, they give you homework to do in between sessions. I found out that I was walking incorrectly and messing up my posture (I had fractured the same foot twice over a period of time). So, my waking was making things worse! Because of them and the thorough work they did on me, I could go for brisk walks again and even started Pilates.
