The team was…read moreunprofessional: boxes weren't labeled, furniture wasn't wrapped properly, and my floors were scratched. Bed parts were scattered and unlabeled, making reassembly a nightmare. When professional movers later handled moving my items from storage, they said, "The last movers didn't do right by you." The job took far longer and cost about the same as a major moving company: at one point, four guys were working on one item that only required two (photo attached). It was clear they were milking the time. One mover even cursed at me, and Tyndale relied on him as his "expert." Avoid this company and hire real professionals instead.
