I highly recommend visiting this studio if you are starting out in a Pilates practice or a full on expert level looking for a solid workout. The workout today helped relieve some back pain and help with my mobility after travel. I'm looking forward to seeing Gina again the next two days I am in town. Again, highly recommend and can't say enough positive things about this place. I've been to numerous studios (mostly in SF) and can definitely tell when someone knows what they are doing.

The staff looks like they hate their lives when walking in, the hours are constantly changing and they do not open on time. When they changed the hours it was because "they couldn't find anyone to work that shift" the manager then proceeded to say "she doesn't want to work that shift so she changed the hours." The flooring in the classroom area is horrible and for sure a safety issue. The private room which has holes in the walls. The machines are Alway broken. The cleaning staff does not clean. Mirrors and floors are always dirty along with the locker rooms showers. The hot tub/ sauna is always broken. The treadmills have tears in the matt's and two out of there six stair climbers don't work! The list with this gym can go on and on. For a membership that's pricey you expect better. Most definitely do NOT recommend this gym!

This practice is extremely annoying. I've been a member for five years and now no longer enjoy going there. If this review doesn't make Verdure's management change this practice soon, I will cancel my membership. Rest assured, that everyone I come into contact with will also hear about it. Pay attention Management!!

It's a mix of bags, ring, and then mix of burpees high knees and etc. The actual gym is somewhat small. There is no calf equipment, and just the basics are there. The gym gets super hot from the body heat from the classes, so it's guaranteed that you'll get a good sweat on if you go to workout there. The daycare situation is okay, I think the hours are longer than most. However the daycare is just some tables chairs and a TV I have and seen people donating stuff to the daycare to give the children something to do or play with, but they keep the toys locked up. They do have their own brand of merchandise, so tons of clothes and hats. They also do have pre workout, and fat burners.
