Last week the mechanism broke off and I went back to the store. I had the tube, showed it to 2 employees. One said he couldn't help me as I had paid cash and there was no record of the purchase. The 2nd asked me what I had thought by using a tube for plastic golf balls for real golf balls. He even brought me a kid's tube, loaded with plastic ball--and which was clearly not the same produce at what I purchased--and told me they would not give me a store credit. Apparently, they don't sell the tube I purchased any more. The treatment I received is unacceptable and over a $20 store credit not only has Golf Galaxy lost me as a regular customer, but I will tell people who ask me about Golf Galaxy to go somewhere else. Short-sighted employees do more harm to a business that shows up on a balance sheet. Bye Bye, Golf Galaxy.

Have now used it several times and hitting it straight and longer than the Srixon. Thanks Eric. I was so happy with the service I received that a week later I returned to look at replacing my Callaway X Series Regular flex irons and Number 4 & 5 hiybrids. This time I was assisted by Joe, together we looked at a set (4 to SW) of Tour Edge Hot Launch irons. The 4 to 7 resemble Hybrids while the 8 to SW are like conventional irons. These clubs have Ultra-Light Graphite Uniflex shafts. They were priced at $499.99. When it came to the trade in the Boss of the shop came to look at my Callaway irons and the Hybrids. He asked what I was looking for in terms of $? I said $200? He was very straightforward with me and said the Callaways were worth $300 as they were in great condition. We shook on the deal. and I paid the balance. I am so happy with all the guys in America's Clearance Outlet. They are friendly, helpful, honest and took great care of me. What's even better is that I have now played twice with those Tour Edge Hot Launch irons and both times scored in the low 80s. Something I struggled to achieve with the Callaway irons. Whether it's baseball gear for my son, or soccer cleats and an air pump pin for my youngest daughter, I've always found the service to be fast, friendly, and polite. Prices are competitive as well. On my most recent trip to Scott's, my daughter needed soccer cleats. Trying on several different pairs before finding what she wanted, I found Stephanie to be especially helpful in making sure of proper size and fit.
