I rented a set of speakers for a reunion party. No one at the store could tell me how to operate…read morethem when I picked them up. I had to find directions on the web. I tested the one unit at home before the event and it worked. I knew enough of how to connect cables from one unit to the other as directed with a sticker on the back of the speakers. At the party I could only get one of the two speakers to work - I could not get the second speaker to connect to the first one. I had a reunion party to get moving and could not spend all night hoping to get the second unit working or deal with hoping someone in the company would call me. Zoe Rentals should have provided directions and tested the units with me when I was at the store asking for help to ensure the units worked versus no help at all. When I did speak to someone, she had no clue what the problem was and said someone at the store could have helped - WRONG! No one was there to help. Very disappointed. Stick to chairs and tables.

They seemed unhappy when I declined some of the services and explained that they couldn't accommodate my setup. They also said delivery would be left at the pickup street rather than directly in front of the building, which was frustrating. Their pricing and pickup arrangements were confusing, and the invoice was just a basic spreadsheet!! The way everything was handled made me uncomfortable, so I decided to choose another company. We asked to see the chair because I was mainly afraid it wouldn't fit inside the SUV. So the manager told us it wouldn't fit and if it did he would give us a dollar each because he has done this before. So we knew we had to try since this was my last chance. He grabbed the chair and Jeremy, my friend and I watched as the chair fit like a glove right in the car. It was perfect! We were obviously happy!
