The manager tends to hide in the back I don't know if he does not like customers, but he should make more of an appearance than he does. After all, customers like to know if management is as friendly as the general staff. This alone can bring more patrons through the front door because word of mouth is a blessing or a curse to a business in a small town/city.

I would buy a suit somewhere else next time instead and wouldn't recommend using their rentals for any special events. It's too bad because the staff were really helpful when I was in the store.
