we did buy a package fridge range and dishwasher on March 7, 2026. the fridge we got in a week the way they told us and They said 2 to 3 weeks for the dishwasher and range but that took till May 7 2026 and they send us a different dishwasher than what we ordered. Not happy about it we had to do dishes by hand for two months if somebody is looking for appliances right away, don't go to the brick. We will not go back there again. read more

Very disappointed with The Brick, bought a Recliner , when it was delivered there was damage to the base, the fellows who delivered the chair noticed the damage and took pictures and so did I. I contacted the store in Medicine Hat, showed the pictures with the damage, was told to email the pictures to the email they gave me, well I sent emails a couple of times and no response, contacted the store again and told me I would here from head office the following Tuesday or Wednesday and you guessed it nothing. Totally ignored. I didn't buy a damaged chair but thats what I got. So, I will return the chair and shop else were, never will I shop The Brick again. read more

I had the pleasure of dealing with a very helpful customer service rep online yesterday. I was attempting to locate an in-stock dishwasher, and to have it delivered to my new condominium. I was experiencing difficulty with the website, and started a chat with Amber B. We were in-progress when the Chat malfunctioned. Instead of leaving me stranded, she contacted me by phone to continue with her assistance. She was helpful & courteous, and went "above and beyond" to ensure that my order was placed. This has been the worst store I have EVER GOTTEN ANYTHING FROM....ordered in July 2019... finally got my last item today delivered... the store screwed up ordering my couch and did NOTHING about it and now the delivery guys just dropped off my last order in a box and walked away... so I don't know if its even in good order... all parts are there... no idea!!!!!!!!!! Great selection of furniture and appliances. Stephen was extremely helpful and not like other pushy sales people, I hate feeling pressured. He knew what he was talking about and was one of the friendliest and most polite salespeople I have ever dealt with. Would shop here again, but only with Stephen as my sales rep. read more

We went to the Brick looking for a mattress. Our sales Consultant was Danica Allen. We enjoyed our visit as she was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. We had come from other stores that didn't have answers to our questions. We have been sleeping on our new mattress for a few weeks and just love it.
