The manager tends to hide in the back I don't know if he does not like customers, but he should make more of an appearance than he does. After all, customers like to know if management is as friendly as the general staff. This alone can bring more patrons through the front door because word of mouth is a blessing or a curse to a business in a small town/city.

One truth about business trips is that after the work day is over, it's all kind of boring. And if you travel enough, your hotel and evening dinner choices all start to look the same. If I'm staying at the Medicine Hat Inn, I'll try out the water park or go for a walk. Along the way is the Tim Horton's across the street and the Canadian Tire just down the road. This SE Alberta version is on the small side and is a little worn, but still has a nice selection of stuff to browse and spend some idle time. And I'll usually buy something and spend the time figuring out how to get it back home.

Went to mountain wearhouse for the first time as it is new to our mall. As it's only been open for…read morea few days there were quite a few people checking it out. When it came to buying my purchase there was a line up. What was surprising was how long the line up was and that they have 2 tills but were only using one. There were 2 cashiers at the front but it appeared that one of them was very busy with some sort of paper work and not too interested in putting that aside to help get the people through the till. Then low and behold a third person shows up and didn't bother to help at all. This is a small city and reputation are made or broken by word of mouth. Where was the manager?? Unfortunately NOT a good start.

Honestly shocked that nothing has been done about her, especially upon learning that she's consistently this way towards people. All I did was try asking some questions regarding the pharmacy and she felt the need to throw insults at me and make it well established that my 2-3 questions were considered by her to be a complete inconvenience and waste of her time. Buyer beware.
