This review is entirely on wait times. My hubby opened up a checking account here and it took him 45 mins before someone got to him. I'm here today before lunch time on a Tuesday and there's one other person in front of me. There's 4 other ladies in there: 1 was the teller; 1 was on the desk you see right as you enter and she's tending to the person in front of me; then there's 2 other that were in their offices. Took me about 20 mins waiting to be helped at (not as bad as when hubby came in the other day).
The two ladies who are not with a client were chatting on their phones. One, I can actually hear her talk about weather or something. Meanwhile, this other lady tending to the client came up to me and tried to multi-task as those 2 others were just going about their non-work phone chats.
I didn't realize the manager (a dude) was in the office to the left of the door entrance. The helpful lady did some stuff on the iPad and handed it over to the manager, who by the way, was on social media as I can clearly see it on his desktop computer. The dude took it from there and tapped on a few stuff on the iPad until it got to the page where I'm supposed to sign.
I think it's pathetic that ONE person was ACTUALLY working when I was there and the whole place only had two clients in it.
Anyway, hubby came in again that afternoon to sign documents for our new account, and it's the exact same experience. I sure hope their online banking isn't as sluggish as these people in this branch! read more
