I switched to a Nurse Practitioner Lyndsey Foradis. Well things seemed OK with her for a number of years but each yearly visit it seemed to get a little worse. My last visit topped them all. You call the place and have to wait months for an appointment. So I called them and left a message to get a blood order for me and I would pick it up so I could have it all done for my appointment. Well I never received a call back. I tried again about a week later and no return call. I tried again and no return call. I decided the heck with it. I tried and that is all I could do. So I go to my appointment for my yearly check up and was treated like it was the first time I was there. Then Lyndsey comes in and acts very strange and also acts like I am a new patient. She brings up the blood work and I tell her what happened and then she tells me that I never left any messages. I pull out my phone and read off the dates and times. She then somehow finds my one message that clearly asked for blood work order. She then tells me she can't give any refills on my asthma meds I've been on till she gets the blood work. So I go and get the blood work and the lab didn't take enough blood and only sent results for Vitamin D level. So the Doctors office calls me and asked what is going on. Like I would know as they took the blood and I left. She states once again that Lyndsey will not write a refill till she gets the blood work. I said I needed a month or two as I don't drive anymore to get it. Nope she would not write it even though the drug does not require any blood work. I have never seen a doctors office run more poorly. Every time I go in they have different staff it is terrible. If you are looking for a Doctor avoid this place

I have been coming to S. A. M. for 30 years. Every shot that's been offered, I take, unless I got it @ a pharmacy already. Dr. Oyakawa is the best there is. He doesn't make mistakes. If there's something wrong with you, he'll find out what it is, or, he refer you to a Specialist who will find out. The Staff is fantastic. When I read a review like the other one posted here, I realize it's not about A. A. M., it's a post about someone who is p i s s e d about a decision their spouse made. Sorry, you weren't seeing a Doctor, your Husband was. Silly and unwarranted post. You can trust Summit Adult medicine.

The results from that test pretty much solidified that I would need surgery, not only in my right wrist but my left as well. Luckily I was able to schedule the surgeries two weeks apart and for the most part other then a little bit of soreness I was back to working on a computer within a few days. Dr Mollie Manley was professional, knowledgeable and easy to speak to regarding my concerns. Overall the whole staff during the whole process, from my initial appointment through to my post-op appointment, were friendly and helpful.

I was prescribed by Josephine Doughman Wegovy in early 2023 and have been dedicated to the medication since. Starting on January 1st, 2024 Wegovy was no longer carried under my insurance. I began messaging Josephine about the issue and calling the office. Josephine tried ONCE to submit a prior authorization while in 2023, she sent multiple to ensure I was prescribed some sort of weight loss medication. Something changed with this office and doctor, I can tell you I was yelled at and "kicked out" of the practice by Paula, the office manager. While on the phone I tried to speak and Paula said verbatim, "we do not need to hear from you". During this exchange I said "please ensure the medication is prescribed and I will pay out of pocket for a month while I find another doctor". Paula responded with "I dont know if Josephine will do that". In essence, this is medication withholding and abandoning a client which is major cause for a report. While yes, Josephine responded to my messages, all 4 voicemails to their nurse line were not returned. In this case, a phone call was not only requested, it should have been required. While I understand being busy, we are talking about medication that I was told by Josephine to not stop "cold turkey" and to at the very least ween off the drug. Josephine had no interest in this once my insurance stopped covering the drug. In fact, she would not try Mounjaro or Ozempic because they are for "diabetes" but she forgets, she prescribed both to me last year for weight loss but was denied. To date, I have never once been diagnosed with diabetes... Seems to me that Josephine has taken on too many patients and in fact, the entire practice has. I share the same sentiment as others, this practice is not worth the time, energy or mental distress. I will be reporting the entire issue to the board as of today. UPDATE: Dr. Doughman & Fairlawn Family Practice have deactivated my Healow account and no messages can be retrieved. I have noted this in my report.

I risked going outside and getting sick and chancing death to see this doctor and got turned away for 1 minute. My other doctors tell me even the common cold can kill me because my immune system is so low. Glad I came. I thought doctors were there to help. Even the receptionist was rude! Don't waste your time, cause she won't waste hers.
