I recently had the experience of visiting Monumental Med Spa, specifically Trina Shook, RN, for a PRP procedure on both my knee and my hands. My first impression when I walked into the spa was, "WOW," this place is beautiful!" I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, made comfortable while I waited, and was so impressed with the entire procedure with Trina! Her attention to detail, making sure she was injecting in the perfect places, and doing her best to give me a pain-free procedure was so evident in her every move. One month later now, I emailed her to thank her and tell her about my wonderful results - NO MORE PAIN!!! I have been visiting this spa for several years. The original space was beautiful and the newer space with expanded services is absolutely divine! I currently visit a couple times per month for skin treatments, facials and Reiki with Crystal, and also took advantage of a recent IPL special which included services and products. Trina offers monthly specials and events, which is so nice. I have also spent time in the balance room's infrared sauna, AI massage chair and the beautiful salt room is where the Reiki sessions take place. There is a cold plunge available, which I have not tried - yet! I just love Trina (owner/RN), who is very knowledgeable and compassionate, as is Crystal (love her too!), and the rest of the friendly staff. They are all very professional, genuine and kind and keep me looking fresh and feeling relaxed and beautiful. The ambience is very tranquil and warm...what every spa should be! Oh my goodness, where do I even start. I have been seeing Trina for years (5+) now and I seriously will never see anyone else.
