Then, after avoiding me for months I was told, "they still had to make money on the job," so they asked me to pay for all the remaining materials ~$3K, which I did, then they told me they did not want to finish the job after being paid 84% of the job, telling me that I need to hire a new electrician which cost me an additional $7k. This is not how business is done. When I cannot fix something it is free or discounted. I then fixed the roof myself and found screws not driven in, sticking out, tons of glue. Tape over the skylight obstructing the view and defeating the purpose of a skylight. Then charged $70 for the (2) exposed screws and glue. Nothing was done properly except the diagnosis of the lights, which he had no parts to repair or replace. 0 stars. We did consult a couple different companies but chose generator supercenter because of their customer service, proximity to our home, reliability, and dependability. We had a seamless install and have only had one instance in which the generator was needed since it was installed. When the power went out, within a second or two, the generator kicked in as it should've. That right there is worth ANY amount of money that anyone could pay for a generator!
