DoorDash stated it would be 1 hour, however, it took near 2 hours! When the guy delivered my order he asked if they called me to let me know they didn't have pear so they substituted the pear with watermelon. I told him I didn't want watermelon. I didn't double check my order! When I went to get the watermelon wine I noticed I only received 1 bottle! I contacted them and they gave me a hard time and acted like I was lying only receiving 1 bottle instead of 2! I told him I didn't double check the order at the time I received it assuming they gave me 2 bottles of watermelon wine instead of the pear! when I did go for a bottle of wine noticed 1 was missing 1 bottle of the watermelon wine so I contacted the store. Yes I ordered it on 4/27 and went to drink wine in 5/9. He was argumentative and not nice! He acted like I was a thief, however, I only wanted what I paid for! Actually I ordered and wanted pear but received watermelon! Again! They never answered their phone! I spent over $150.00 and tipped very well even though delivery time was definitely longer than 1 hour! Very bad customer service skills and I will NEVER order from them again! BEWARE WHEN ORDERING HERE! They are jerks! The Perfect Pour has the most amazing selection of beers and spirits I've ever seen!…read more I visited The Perfect Pour looking for non-alcoholic beers for my mom whom had spine surgery a couple weeks before and because of medication couldn't drink alcohol. We had heard from people that non-alcoholic beers still had some level of alcohol in the them and that they weren't safe, but thankfully the team at The Perfect Pour educated me about the subject. They had a nice selection of non-alcoholic beers, however explained that only the ones that show "0 alcohol" in the label of the bottle are 100% free of alcohol. The other ones, still have a very small percentage but qualified to be labeled under that category. I really appreciate the time they took to the educate me and walk me through their different options. Besides the beer, I really love that they have an organic and kosher wine sections which makes it super easy to find organic wines. I always spend at least half an hour going through labels to find an organic wine at other stores. Thank you to The Perfect Pour for an amazing shopping experience!
