Mom was moved to assisted living, and we needed to sell her house. Got some feedback from a Real…read moreEstate agent that we could get top dollar if we remodeled the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. That agent also gave a target price for an as is sale. That price would have been more that we received from 613 Home Buyers, but when we looked at the costs for commissions, other expenses, the hassle of negotiation and more expenses, they were right in the ballpark and we didn't have to go through that whole process - including emptying and cleaning the house. We just left everything there! Charlie was great. Always above board and honest. We didn't need to have an attorney for the transaction, but Charlie accommodated and worked well with him through the process. We had a check within 4 weeks. Charlie was even persistent in following up to make the funds were distributed to us. Great experience overall.

I first hired Mike after having a terrible experience with a very well-known local property manager…read more- I needed a change! He remained my Real Estate Agent in several different capacities for the next 10 years or so. He was my Property Manager for the main bulk of time, and then when I was ready to sell, he easily slipped into being the Seller's Agent and represented me while I lived several hours away. During the time he was my Property Manager, Mike kept the condo full. I had a very good rate as far as low vacancy. He took care of issues as they came up and was very responsive (phone, text and email). He charged a fair rate as far as his commissions and would make sure I was happy with the final amount. As my Real Estate Agent, he found buyer's within a month, and we closed last week. It was a smooth sale, no glitches along the way from start to finish. Mike has a lot of connections in the area, and was always able to get the reliable handyman, Sears guy, or chimney sweep whenever needed, which is a big relief when, as the owner, you live hundreds of miles away from your property. I would recommend him in either role (Property Manager or Real Estate Agent).

We were looking for a house to rent in the Princeton, NJ area for our large family. Because we're…read morefrom New England, we were not very familiar with the area, and had no idea which areas to consider or what schools would be best for our four kids. We had a very difficult time finding a realtor who was willing to take the time to work with us - until we found Surbhi! She was very responsive, patient (with four kids and lots of questions, this is essential!), kind, and helped us finally find a dream rental home that met both our very long list of requirements AND was in our price range. I would not hesitate to recommend Surbhi to anyone else, and there is no one else we'll use when we are ready to find our next home!

I did not know Surbhi or her agency personally starting off, my local agent suggested her. So I was a bit apprehensive to begin with since she was a professional recommendation and not a personal one. I had no idea we would hit the jackpot with Surbhi!! My husband and I lead very busy lives, and we were worried about the impact of real estate hunting on our schedule. Surbhi made it so easy for us. She was very understanding of our time crunch and maximized the use of our time on our many house hunting trips. She was always on-time with a planned agenda, and when things needed to be moved around, got on the phone and rescheduled things for us in a jiffy I have never met a more organized and thorough agent before!!Surbhi helped us with EVERYTHING, from finding a lawyer, to helping with recommendations of financing companies, inspectors, HOA questions, getting on the case of anyone who was stalling at providing us with needed information and making real estate recommendations on narrowing down our search areas. She got us names of contractors for interior and exterior home work and offered great insight on the impact of their work on the home value. Surbhi's extremely professional, very knowledgable on everything real estate related, on-time, always reachable (get's back to you within 5 mins if you text her) and a very nice person to top it off :-) She made house hunting a breeze and kept us in-line reminding us of any documents waiting for our input!! With her help, we are now proud home owners and spoilt rotten with this fabulous experience. I don't want to deal with anyone but Surbhi going forward!!

Gloria Benaroch, is by far, the most experienced, competent and motivated realtors I have ever…read moredealt with. After agreeing to let Gloria market my property, she had it listed (with professionally taken photographs) on her web page within days. Gloria is well known, and her web page is reviewed often and extensively by many of the Monmouth County realtors. Less than a week after my property was listed, Gloria conducted two open houses. The first was for perspective buyers and the second was for local realtors. This approach provided my property the maximum exposure possible. In addition, Gloria, her team member Brian Woolley, and many other realtors showed my property numerous times over the next two weeks. This comprehensive and highly efficient marketing procedure resulted in multiple bids over the asking price. Finally, Gloria conducted a "best and final" bidding process and participated in price negotiations. The result was my property was placed under contract in less than three weeks after it was first listed. The contract price was substantially above the asking price. Unlike most real estate brokers, Gloria personally participated in each of the actions described above. Two activities that always provide real estate sellers a great deal of anxiety are the buyer's inspection and the Certificate of Occupancy inspection. Both can identify defects requiring expensive repairs and delay the closing significantly. Gloria completely handled both inspections in a professional, highly competent, and efficient manner. There were no serious defects found. This saved me from performing expensive repairs and the closing was not delayed. In short, Gloria's performance in all phases discussed above was exceptional and made my life much easier. I would highly recommend that all perspective real estate sellers in the Monmouth County area speak to Gloria Benaroch before proceeding further.
