Purchased a brand new home from the builder KHOV Home in Dry Creek Village, AC was making loud…read morenoise when i did my walk-through, they changed out the fan motor, why didn't the Project Manager hear the noise because he arrived before me. After moving in the home, the home wasn't cooling they had to replace the evaporator coil, builder sent air innovations out to replace, the didn't inform me that they replaced the coil and they didn't update serial on warranty now i have an issue and the warranty says the serial doesn't match. I have cracks in ceiling structure, drain issue water sits and doesn't drain properly. It's been one issue after another. Very disappointed in the work because no one cared how the contractors they hired did the work, poor workmanship. Waiting for them to contact me.

The home services team have blamed me for painting my house as the reason these repairs show (see attached photos - it's poor craftsmanship not just paint). The home services team has forgotten to schedule work to be done and when they are schedule the workers only show up about half the time causing me to waste my day waiting for them - our home services team member has no reason to be in her position as she is ineffective and does not represent the company well. I've gone all the way to the VP of Operations and still just keep getting the run around and not solutions. When speaking with the home services team supervisor to escalate our issue after it was clear he wasn't going to propose a workable solution his response was "I am the only person you can talk to". Um excuse me, is this the professionalism that is acceptable in dealing with homeowners from this company? This is also how I have escaped to the VP because I found his name online and escalated it myself. The VP has also not made contact with me to discuss my concerns. It would appear that no one in this company cares once you sign the purchase contact and they have your money. I highly recommend checking out other vendors before buying a home with this company. I really wish we had gone with Ashton Woods (our very close second choice) now that we've been through this nightmare.
