"Acqua & Grano" has two shops in the city: this on at Portoni Borsari, and another one in the district called "Borgo Trento". Ingredients are terrific, the flavors are excellent and everything is prepared following a really healthy philosophy (that you can read ok the wall once you enter the place). One bite on the pizza and you will not stop until last bite . Service is fast and very professional. Price is reasonable. Manager/Owner is friendly. We only had 3 days in Trento and ended up coming here all 3 nights. On the third night we got a surprise present from the cashier lady (assuming she is an owner).
