After obtaining a special wristband to coordinate the machines for your personal goals, staff takes you through the 11 machines, which offer a total body workout. For me this is about building bone density and strength. They also offer both indoor and outdoor pools, along with MANY classes, and children care. Tons of free parking. Great staff!

The pool is a little musty and i farted in there once, maybe. Although one time I was in swim lessons and THEY MADE ME go off the diving board even though i was only 12 years old. And i got a HUGE red rash that was there for a long time and the experience scared me for life. I love this pool overall five stars.

The basketball court is in bad shape, it's needing a resurface so please be careful there. It also collects overflow of water from the train tracks and is kind of nasty in the back of the court. When the restrooms are open there is never toilet paper in them. So if you are going to spend some time hereC be prepared for that. The courts are usually full of litter, unfortunately people don't clean up after themselves. My toddler enjoys the play areas! Despite the issues we still enjoy coming here.

We don't tend to use the shower facilities or steam/sauna areas, but the exercise machines are well-maintained and it's not over-crowded. Plenty of towels for working out. I even left my earbuds on a treadmill once, and they were turned into the desk and I got them back :). One thing that I wish they would consider...the ambient temp in the exercise area is way too high. I have to bring my own portable fan to use on the treadmill. I'm wondering whether the temperature is according to ACSM guidelines....

We absolutely love KFSC. We have been coming here since C was 8 months old. Honestly, he has done…read morenothing but flourish and his fine and gross motor skills. He also gets great social interactions with the other children and have developed friendships. C is 18 months old. He can do many things that I think that really contributed to the success and guidance he has received from his teachers here at the center. Overall, the center is very clean, safe, and morale is crazy good here. You can tell that they have a great team and everybody is always positive and helpful. They're very caring and very safe with your children. I recommend to everyone to come here with your children. They have activities for your crawling baby all the way to swim, and gymnastics. You can't go wrong here, for sure.
