I patiently waited and then was called on my cellphone at 9:37am to ask what it was I needed so I requested to speak with Miss Suarez Face to face. She did not call me to the emergency side (window 6) until 10:10am. And then I spoke with the gentlemen at the front desk who checks people in. He yelled at me to calm down. I wish their was a better level of respect. I have worked 17 years and am having a hard time, why do the people I have paid their salary for so long, have to have such a low level of customer service. It was abhorrent. I really hope you address this. Btw Jamal at counter 8 in the germantown location is a gem. All the germantown employees are exponentially more customer service oriented. That is why I am giving 3 stars. Please address the 1301 piccard drive 2nd floor issues. Thank you Respectfully, Anna Tedrow

Once I got to the area to drop them off, I had to get out of my vehicle to take the items to a table where an employee was there to take them. I had to then remove each battery from its bag to which the employee place them in containers they had (I saw they all didn't go in the same one). As I went through the process, they gave me some extra tips which I appreciated. One of them was that I should use shipping tape and not regular tape so that was good to know. Great service overall.

This place is remarkable!!!…read more I was lost coming back from my car's VEIP inspection and thought I was on my way to Taco Bar but since I have no sense of direction and all of Gaithersburg/Germantown/Clarksburg/Urbana/Damascus all look the same to me, I ended up on this random country road and decided to stop at this agricultural park for a run/hike. I am absolutely glad I did. I do not know what an agricultural park is but I assume it's a park with wide open spaces, barns, porch swings, goats, cows, baby bacons (piglets), donkeys, chickens, vegetable and flower gardens and fields of soy beans. This is a great place to bring the kids for an educational play time, bring your dog to let them run in open fields, or a date for a picnic. You could seriously wander around here for hours exploring farmhouses or getting close ups with animal friends(the pigs and the cow like to lick dogs by the way so be aware I am pretty sure this is how zoonotic disease spreads) or jumping in bales of hay. I came here on a Friday afternoon and had the whole place to myself. I can't believe this is in Montgomery County and it is FREE!!

I don't like how early it gets dark just after Halloween and we are told to set our clocks back on hour. I picked out this park less than 2 miles from my house so we could enjoy some fresh air & play time in the last few minutes of daylight. I'd been here one other time with her. It was almost dinner time & the park was very peaceful with just a handful of people running, hiking, walking and sitting on a bench listening to a podcast or music on their headphones. It is beautiful here with woodlands on 3 sides and a large open area with a soccer field visible just over a ridge. This play area is bigger than the one at nearby Wells park which is a favorite of ours. There are swings for children of all sizes including adults like me that are still children inside. She is days away from being 3 years old and this is one of her favorite things to do! Being such a bold and great climber she also spent time climbing up the walls on the multiple jungle Jim's here. One of which is quite a high climb. She didn't try the one that jets outward at a slight angle though. The ground here is mulch covered to cushion any possible falls. And if your a slide fan there's a good assortment of them here from short & straight to long and curvy. Older kids can hang on the monkey bars. My granddaughter asked me to lift her up to grab onto them. There is a steering wheel on one platform. We pretended to be driving to the store. Sunset snuck up on us quickly and we had return home for dinner but this was a great way to end the day. Until next time be kind to each other! #veirsmilllocalpark #playtime #familytime @yelpdc
