Checked out the toddler room and just seemed crazy. 6:1 ratio. parents have to pack lunches (no kitchen on site) but they provide snacks. When returning to the office, the older kids were coming in from outside and walking thru the office saying hello to the owner. She knew most by name. Could tell this place has potential to be great but the first impression wasn't.

The rooms are organized so that cats are in the best and most comfortable environment for their age and personalities. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable about the cats. We adopted two kittens here and were given cute little blankets to take home with them, and all the information we could possibly need for pet care and vet visits. The adoption fee was super reasonable considering the kitties came fully up to date on all their shots, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. Can't say enough good things about Kitty Cottage!
